As your jaw relaxes,
Feel the rise and the fall of the breath.
As the breath rises and falls,
And you're melting out into the mat,
Find yourself easy.
Really notice how your body is gentle and simple.
Just inhaling and exhaling.
Just as if you're taking a loud ah.
Put the ah in your shavasana.
Put the ah into this space.
Feel your inhales and exhales just flowing calmly together.
And listen to the soothing sound.
Almost as if that beautiful breath that balances the ha and the ta becomes a stream of water flowing.
Feel yourself just relaxing in the sunshine.
As if you're hanging out near a bubbling brook.
And the rhythm of the breath is so soothing that it just starts to open up all the lines of communication in your body.
You feel bright and radiant.
And you're thriving as you're just easy and relaxed.

And as your throat relaxes,

Begin to find yourself coming back into this moment.
Listening to the gentle rise and fall of the breath.
Mindfully sway your head from side to side.
Begin to calmly.
Allow the thumbs to caress the tips of the fingers.
You can feel each fingerprint.

From this exercise and moment to moment awareness.

Roll all the way down into your toes.
And as the toes kind of wiggle and dance a little bit with a smile.
Encourage them to come with your feet.
As you bend your knees towards your chest.

How this space you created allows you to be in awe of yourself.
And then roll towards the right side.
Curling up into that compassionate fetal position.
Begin to take and real kindly on the next exhale.
Press yourself up into a neutral space.
Coming into a seated position.
And as you come into a cross legged or your sukhasana.
Or even hero's pose.
Bring your hands to your heart.
And feel this radical act of kindness you've given yourself as you created space for self care and ease and a smile.
And feel that abundance as it travels with you off the mat.
And as your hands are in that Anjali mudra.
Feel how you're holding the preciousness of your glowing heart in your hands.
And you have so much to offer to the world around you.
