
From Self Doubt to Celebration

Sometimes the voices of self doubt can creep in at the beginning of the day. What if there was a way to relieve yourself of them and bring in the feeling of celebrating yourself instead? This soothing guided meditation will help you to let go of self doubt and bring more celebration into your life.
Transcript
Take some time to get into a comfortable position so you can begin this meditation.
Let's begin with taking a breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
And again in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Like cleansing your state.
You know sometimes when you wake up you have these visions or ideas of how you want to go about your day and you set out to go about those things and then as you come into the world more and more with that comes your doubts creeping in,
The thoughts,
Voices in your head.
What if there was a way that you could simply allow other voices to come through that wouldn't shut you down,
That would help you to embrace all of who you are and all that you have to offer that would encourage you to go about your day with a focus and clarity and a willingness to do things from a place of love and passion and inspiration,
Not be driven from a place of fear,
Of worry,
Of trying to tick off a list of things to do.
So let's begin this day with firstly acknowledging all those voices in our heads that come up.
You may have already experienced some this morning,
Those parts that want to hold you back,
Want to protect you,
Taking a breath,
Letting it go,
Feeling the relief and the acknowledgement that these are just voices,
They are not the truth of who you are,
They are not all of who you are.
Take a deep breath and let it go.
It's by acknowledging these voices that arise that we can then alleviate the pressure that they put into our mind,
Our bodies.
We can recognize how they manifest in our lives,
That when fear is ruling,
Doubt,
Criticism,
And judgement is ruling,
This is what plays out in our external life as well.
So through the acknowledgement and through the willingness to see differently,
Let's welcome in some other voices.
Let's welcome in a voice of celebration.
What if instead of putting ourselves down we celebrated our achievements and our desires and our yearnings.
What if we chose instead to celebrate ourselves,
The people in our lives,
The things that we've created.
With the next breath see if you can welcome in a feeling of celebration.
How does that feel through your body to breathe in celebrating all that you are?
All the years that you've been learning and growing and changing and being in this journey that is life.
What if we just stopped to celebrate for one moment you,
Just as you are in this moment.
That you are more than enough.
That you are deserving of this celebration.
Breathe into that.
Let it go.
And breathe into that.
And let it go.
This time on the exhale you're going to let out a gentle sound,
A sound of celebration.
Let that sound move through your body.
Don't think about it and plan it,
Just let it come through organically.
So when you're ready inhale.
Let it out with a sound.
I'll do it with you this time.
Inhale.
One more deep breath in.
Celebration.
Let that vibrate all through your body.
See if you can just allow any judgement or any other voices that may be creeping in that are beyond the feeling of celebration,
Just acknowledge them but see if you can stay with this feeling of celebrating yourself and all that is in this moment.
It's through celebrating our lives,
Being connected to the feeling of being deserving of celebration.
It's through this that we can experience more joy.
So often we choose to celebrate big momentous occasions and we forget to celebrate the everyday celebrations,
The smaller moments,
The less dramatic moments.
But what if we shifted that?
What if we brought in more awareness around celebration into our everyday lives?
If this feels like something that you want to create and cultivate,
Know that you can.
Know that you have the choice each and every day to choose to celebrate.
And it might not be a huge celebration in the way that your mind has an idea of what celebration is,
It may just be a breath or a sigh,
Placing your hand on your heart or even just a small smile of acknowledgement that you are celebrating all that you are,
All that you came here to be.
Celebrating the times that are more difficult,
Celebrating the times that are joyous,
Celebrating the gifts of what life has to offer,
Celebrating the abundance within,
Celebrating that you have the choice.
So let's anchor this in now fully in this moment into your body,
This feeling of celebration,
Allowing the first thing that comes to your mind to go with it.
What is the first thing that comes to mind when I say what is celebration to you?
Feeling it all through your body,
How does it feel when you celebrate?
Feels you are better at celebrating someone else than celebrating yourself.
What if you could be that for you from here on?
Backing yourself,
Supporting yourself,
Congratulating yourself,
What if you brought that into your everyday life in bigger moments and smaller moments that all deserve celebrating?
Feeling this moment right here that you've taken the time to be with yourself,
That you've taken the time to connect to a higher consciousness and power.
And if you are struggling at the concept or at the thought of celebrating yourself,
Know that you can give it up and surrender it to this higher power and allow that power in,
Allow that part to shower you with celebration so that all you have to do is open your heart and receive the celebration.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
May you go forward in this day celebrating all the little moments,
The beauty that life has to offer,
Celebrating the guidance that is always around you,
Celebrating you as a witness to this life.
That you are taking the steps to living beautiful and fulfilling life.
May you continue to celebrate for yourself and for the greater good.
