Samantha Russell

After more than a decade as a professional dancer, Sam moved her talents to the fitness industry. Over the course of the next 15 years, she grew her own fitness business, and in 2014 she also joined the Les Mills team as a National Presenter & Trainer. Since then she has trained hundreds of instructors in BODYBALANCE as well as presented on-stage at huge fitness events around the UK. Yoga & meditation have been a big part of her life over this time, both in a teaching and personal capacity.
