Hello,
My name is Sam and welcome to this guided meditation to help you manifest love into your life.
For best results,
Repeat this meditation daily for at least 21 days so that you build new beliefs and find love sooner.
In this session,
We'll first relax the body and breath so that you are more open and less resistant to the ideas we'll be talking through.
Then we'll follow with a series of repeated affirmations to help create new beliefs for you.
We'll end with a powerful visualization so that you are setting your frequency to attract your ideal love partner into your reality.
Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down.
It doesn't matter if you fall asleep during this meditation as the ideas will still be heard by your subconscious.
Start to ease out any areas of tension with little movements to relax your limbs.
Make sure you feel evenly weighted on each side of your body so that you feel balanced and symmetrical.
Relax your feet and your legs.
Then let go through your hips and your belly.
Relax across your chest and allow your shoulders to soften down the back towards the waist.
Relax your jaw so that your teeth fall apart slightly and release all the muscles that give your face expression.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in and let the out-breath go very gradually.
Feel your body soften even more as you breathe out,
Starting to let go of the tension held in your upper back,
Your neck.
Breathe in again and this time softly release the breath,
Relaxing your face even more,
Especially around the eyes.
Just letting go of tightness,
Letting go of resistance.
Notice your breath for a few moments and give thought to nothing else.
Focus on your breath,
How it feels,
How it sounds and where it goes.
In a moment I will state some affirmations.
Feel free to repeat after me either silently or aloud if you prefer.
They may not feel completely true to you right now and that's okay.
A belief is simply a thought we continue to think.
So with repetition these affirmations will become true for you.
Let's begin with some affirmations that might feel more accessible to you.
I am grateful for the love already in my life.
I am open to new love.
I am ready to love.
I deserve to be happy.
I deserve love and affection.
I am worthy of a healthy loving relationship.
I am open to a healthy loving relationship that's right for me.
I am lovable.
My heart is prepared to receive love.
I connect with others easily.
I am attracting the perfect person for me.
There is an amazing person out there for me.
I am making room for an amazing partner in my life.
I give my heart ready to receive the heart of another.
The universe is bringing my soulmate to me.
I trust the universe to bring my true love to me.
I allow the universe to help me find love.
The universe wants the most fulfilling,
Wonderful love for me.
I attract like-minded people.
My love is waiting for me.
I am surrounded by love.
I find love wherever I go.
I am happy to give and receive love every day.
The universe is bringing me romance and passion.
Love starts with me.
I love who I am.
I am beautiful.
I love myself.
Take a moment to let those thoughts settle in your mind and enjoy the feeling of anticipation you are feeling.
We are going to start to lift our vibrations so that the law of attraction brings them into our reality.
Remember,
If we can get into a state where we are feeling our target emotional state,
In this case deeply in love,
Then we can manifest this into our reality via the law of attraction.
Like attracts like.
Imagine you are walking down the street and you see the love of your life.
What is your initial emotional reaction?
Do you feel excitement?
Happiness?
What do they look like?
What colour is their hair?
Their eyes?
What colour is their skin?
Are they tall?
Short?
What are they wearing?
What are their features like?
Do they have any distinct features?
Maybe a moustache?
A beauty spot?
Picture their face clearly in your mind.
Now imagine they say good morning to you.
What does their voice sound like?
Get a clear picture in your mind of how their voice sounds.
They smile at you.
How does it make you feel?
Do you blush?
Do you get butterflies?
Do you smile back?
Imagine this interaction and feel the emotional response in your body.
Hold on to this feeling as long as you can.
Now imagine going on your first date with this person.
Where do you go?
What do you do?
Get a clear picture in your mind of your surroundings.
What does it look like?
Is it warm or cold?
What can you smell?
What is your love wearing?
How do you feel?
What sensations are running through your body?
What emotions?
Nervous excitement?
Warm and fuzzies?
Happiness?
Allow yourself to recreate all of these feelings physically in your body.
Now fast forward to the next key milestone for you in this relationship and see it clearly in your mind's eye.
What are you doing together?
Where are you?
What time of day is it?
How are you feeling?
How do you feel towards the other person?
What physical sensations do you associate with this encounter?
Feel every moment in your body.
Enjoy these feelings and try to memorise them.
Keep holding on to these happy feelings for as long as you can.
The more you can hold yourself in this vibration the quicker your manifestations will appear in your reality.
Feel free to continue with your thoughts or drift off to sleep or slowly start to reawaken your body with gentle movements.
When and if it feels right,
Open your eyes and get ready to carry on with your day.

Oh! I love this meditation. It makes me smile when I think of this nice, amazing and attractive men I am going to meet. I was badly mistreated by my mother all my life and she told me that I would never meet anyone. I believed her and still do. It is a limited believe I have to let go. When I do this meditation I hear all the things she told me all my life. I am aware that those believe are the cause of my celibacy and I realized that I am not the problem. This meditation made me touch all those crazy stupid things my mother made me believe in order to keep me under her control. I love this meditation. It helps me a lot. I listen to it a couple of times a day. I will do it for 21 days. Many thanks for this. It is a real tresor for me.
