Hello,
My name is Sam and welcome to this happy life meditation.
In this session we're going to perform some affirmations for a happier,
Healthier,
More abundant and joyful life.
To get started let's find a comfortable seated position with your back straight and your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Once you feel settled take a few deep breaths in and out and allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension you may be holding in your body.
And as you continue to breathe deeply focus your attention on the breath.
Notice the sensation of the breath moving in and out of your body.
Notice how your chest and abdomen rise and fall with each breath.
As you focus on your breath allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries that may be on your mind.
Simply allow yourself to be present in the moment using your breath as an anchor.
Just observing how the body has softened and you're starting to feel perfectly at ease.
Let's begin with the affirmations.
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself after me in the gap provided.
And as you do so it's really important to focus on the feelings of happiness,
Health,
Abundance and joy that arise within you as you say each one.
I am happy and content.
I am healthy and strong.
I am abundant and successful.
I am joyous and full of love.
And as we repeat these affirmations once more let the emotions and feelings of each phrase wash over you to allow yourself to fully experience the feelings of happiness,
Health,
Abundance and joy that arise within you.
Imagine yourself surrounded by these positive qualities filling your entire being with a sense of peace and contentment.
I am happy and content.
I am healthy and strong.
I am abundant and successful.
I am joyful and full of love.
Now bring to mind a specific area of your life that you'd like to improve.
It could be relationships,
Your career,
Your health or anything else that is important to you.
And as you think about this area of your life silently repeat the following affirmations to yourself focusing on those feelings of joy,
Love and abundance that may arise within you.
I am happy in my relationships.
I am healthy in my body.
I am abundant in my finances.
I am joyful in my work.
As we repeat these affirmations see yourself living your best life in each of these areas feeling those positive emotions ripple through your body.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a radiant light filling these areas of your life with positive energy and potential.
I am happy in my relationships.
I am healthy in my body.
I am abundant in my finances.
I am joyful in my work.
Next bring to mind someone who is important to you.
It could be a family member,
A friend or anyone else who brings you joy and happiness.
As you think of this person silently repeat the following affirmations to them focusing on the feelings of happiness,
Health and abundance that arise within you.
You are happy.
You are healthy.
You are abundant.
You are joyful.
And as we repeat these affirmations allow yourself to bestow all of the love and well wishes you can summon upon the other person.
Visualizing them surrounded by a radiant light filling them with positive energy and potential.
You are happy.
You are healthy.
You are abundant.
You are joyful.
Now bring to mind the entire world.
As you think about all of the people,
The animals,
The natural wonders of the world,
Silently repeat the following affirmations towards them focusing on the feelings of happiness,
Health,
Abundance and joy that arise within you.
We are all happy.
We are all healthy.
We are all abundant.
We are all joyful.
And as we repeat these affirmations allow yourself to once more send out all of that positive energy to share with all of the other beings on this earth.
Imagine the whole world surrounded by a radiant light bathing every living creature with its love and joy.
We are all happy.
We are all healthy.
We are all abundant.
We are all joyful.
Take a few more deep breaths and allow yourself to slowly get ready to reawaken.
And when you're ready slowly open the eyes and come back to the present moment.
Take a few moments to stretch and gently move the body before continuing with your day.
And remember take these positive affirmations with you throughout the day and continue to repeat them to yourself whenever you need a boost of happiness,
Health,
Abundance and joy.
