What is R.E.R., "Reclaiming Emotional Resonance?" By experiencing certain actions each day and gradually refining ourselves, choosing what works for our temperament, we find that we can become more empowered, 'reclaiming' who we are with no apologies. We are all different, and knowing how we work and how to coax ourselves into the optimum mind space sometimes takes a moment or two to reflect on, being ever mindful of the small actions we take at the onset of our morning. By actually noticing the choices we have as we step into the landscape of our new day we can heighten sensitivity, still allowing even more space for our intuition to work for us. By building on actions that empower us in seemingly tiny ways, we are able to gradually find our common ground or 'resonance.' We eventually become stronger, rejecting our people pleasing ways and allowing for the possibility of a true interaction with our inner 'emotional' life and our surroundings. We will become the person that we have always wanted to be!
Gera first started exploring ways to help people heal themselves, bringing about a positive response in life many years ago through playing music as well as creating and leading meditations. Lektion 1
Create Mindful Awareness As You Enter Into The Landscape Of Your Day
This is Day One of Reclaiming Emotional Resonance. This is a simple exercise in creating awareness of how we walk into and react to the landscape of our day. It is meant to show you how many choices you have at the start of your day. Simple, concrete actions can help you to discover what pleases and what doesn't. It's sometimes quite insightful to examine the things we do automatically. They could be experienced as being a bit more empowering when we stop and think about our choices. What we like and why.

Tune In To The Possibilities Of Your Day
Today on Day Two we continue to experience what we love and give more room for it being in our life. When we can tune into our gratitude a little more, the quality of our day seems to change from fear into possibility. The day seems to take on the quality of working for you not against you. Take a simple break now to tune into the possibilities today can bring. You can even write it out.
Lektion 3
Create Your Own Sleep Soul Room
Lesson Three- You have already set the stage for the possibilities of your choices for your morning. So how about looking at how we end our day? Many times we overlook the process of how we end our day. I put this right here so you can make these choices work for you in time for bed. I think it's always a good idea to set the mood and energy for what you require to have a restful sleep. We process so much of our busy day during our dreamtime... so let's experiment and allow ourselves the best conditions for our healing sleep. Remember... Shakespeare referred to "sleep that knits the raveled sleeve of care". Such a prolific, dynamic and creative writer as himself probably knows "much ado" about good nights sleep and the very negative effects of the lack of one.

Moving Into The World With Confidence And Positivity
Lesson Four concerns itself with moving into our world with confidence and positivity. We will allow ourselves to explore a little more of the lives of our inner artist. Yes...our creative self! Everyone is an artist! Many of us , even as a child unfortunately were shamed when we expressed a desire to be creative. Remember what Picasso said, "every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up." We limit ourselves by beliefs which we don’t even know are really valid. This is a formal invitation to explore the inner artist inside you and to dream to bring it into reality.
Lektion 5
Walking As We Explore Our World
Lesson Five is all about walking in this world and giving our bodies the experience of what is around us. Not only do we get a great physical benefit, but also a fantastic mental workout as we invite a world of color, sounds, and sensations into our life. That is...when you actually bring awareness with you into your walk. We can feel the interconnectivity of ourselves with our surroundings and perhaps feel just a little uplifted spiritually or is it just the endorphins?

Too Hot! Let's Go Swim In This World
Lesson Six-Due to the extreme heat this Summer, here is an option to Swim in this World. Swimming can bring welcome relief from these high temperatures and it has so many added bonuses. If walking is just too uncomfortable or even difficult for you, how about dip in some water? It’s truly worth considering and I know all the reasons why not to go for a swim, but I find great benefit in doing so. Have a listen. You just may get inspired to enjoy this option. BTW-if you find yourself resistant to exercise- I have a tapping exercise that just might be a good fit for you. You can find it in my offerings under my profile.
