Hello,
I'm Diana and I want to welcome you to this meditation.
Yoga Nidra for menopause.
Confidence and self-trust.
I invite you to find a comfortable position where your body can fully relax.
Allow yourself to settle.
Make any adjustments as you need.
And when you are ready.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
And a long,
Gentle breath out.
And again.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Allow your body to soften.
Allow your mind to become quiet.
There's nowhere you need to be.
There is nothing.
You need to prove.
And there is nothing you need to achieve.
For the next few moments,
Simply allow yourself to rest.
Bring to mind a gentle intention.
Perhaps I trust myself.
I carry wisdom within me.
Or I am strong.
Capable and in love.
Repeat your intention silently three times.
Bring awareness to your right hand thumb.
Your index finger.
Your middle finger.
Your ring finger.
And your little finger.
The palm of your hand.
The back of your hand.
Your wrists.
Your forearm.
Your elbow.
Your upper arm.
Your shoulder.
The right side of your body.
Your hip.
Your thigh.
Your knee.
Your cough.
Your foot.
Your big toe.
You're a second,
Tull.
Your third toe.
Your fourth tone.
And your little toe.
And now we move to the left side of the body.
Your thumb.
Your index finger Your middle finger.
Your ring finger.
And your little finger.
The palm of your hand.
The back of your hand.
Your wrist.
Your forearm.
Your elbow.
Your upper arm.
Your shoulder.
Your left waist.
Your hip.
You're a sign.
You're a knee.
Your cough.
Your ankle Your foot.
Your big toe.
Your second toe.
Your third toe.
Your fourth toe.
And your little toe.
And now move your awareness to the back of your body.
And to the front of your body.
And now move your awareness to the whole of your body.
And now to your whole body resting.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice its natural rhythm.
The rise.
The full.
The gentle movement.
Of life.
Within you.
Nothing forced.
Nothing controls.
Of simply breathing.
With every inhale imagine breathing in confidence.
And with every exhale releasing self-doubt.
Breathing in trust.
Breathing out uncertainty.
Breathing in strength.
And breathing out fear.
Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful forest.
The path before you is wide and welcoming.
Sunlight filters through the trees.
The air is fresh.
The atmosphere.
Is peaceful.
You begin to walk.
Slowly.
And comfortably.
Each step feels steady beneath your feet.
As you walk,
You notice how strong the trees are.
Their roots reach deep into the earth.
Storms have come and gone.
Seasons have changed.
Yet these strong trees remain.
Growing.
Adapting.
And standing tall.
You realize that you are not so very different.
You too have weathered seasons.
Challenges.
Losses changes.
Uncertainty.
And yet,
Here you are.
Still standing.
Still growing.
Still moving forward.
Ahead of you.
Stands a magnificent oak tree.
Strong.
Wives.
Wrote it.
Its branches stretch wide across the sky.
Its roots reach deep into the earth.
You move closer.
Placing your hand upon its trunk.
As you do that,
You feel a deep sense of stability.
And knowing.
A silent confidence.
Not loud.
Not forceful.
Simply steady.
The kind of confidence that comes from experience.
From learning.
From living.
From overcoming.
You You begin to recognize that this wisdom lives within you as well.
Every experience.
Every challenge.
Every lesson.
Has contributed to the woman you are today.
You do not need to become someone else.
You do not need to earn your worth.
You?
Already.
Carry everything you need.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing within your heart.
So.
Steady and gentle.
This light represents your inner wisdom.
Your intuition.
And your knowing.
The part of you that has guided you through every stage of your life.
Notice that it has never left you.
Even when you doubted yourself.
Even when life felt uncertain.
The light remained.
Study.
Patient.
Waiting for you to remember it.
Allow the light to grow brighter.
Filling your chest.
You're optimum.
Your shoulders.
Your arms.
Your legs.
Your entire body.
A warm,
Golden glow of confidence and self-trust.
Rest in this feeling.
Trusting yourself.
Trusting your journey.
Trusting your ability to navigate whatever comes next.
You do not need all the answers today.
You only need the next step.
And you are capable of taking it.
Feel yourself becoming lighter.
More often.
More confident.
And more connected to your own inner wisdom.
Return now to your intention.
Repeat it silently three times.
Allow it to settle deeply within your heart.
Bring awareness back to your breath.
Notice the room around you.
Notice the support beneath you.
Begin to gently move your fingers.
And wiggle your toes.
Perhaps stretch if it feels good at this moment.
Take your time.
Carry this sense of confidence and self-trust with you.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Your practice is complete.
