I'm Diana and I want to welcome you to this meditation,
Express Your Love.
I'd like to invite you to take a moment to find a comfortable position.
You can sit down,
Or if you prefer to do so,
Lay down.
Ideally in a place where you do not normally sleep,
So that you can stay awake for the duration of this meditation.
Let your body settle,
Let your shoulders relax,
Your jaw soften,
And let your breath deepen.
You do not need to do anything right now,
Just be,
Be present.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to arrive,
To arrive fully here,
In this moment.
Let go of the busyness of the day,
Let go of the thoughts that are pulling you forward or backward.
You are safe,
You are supported.
This meditation is inspired by the first of the four agreements,
Be impeccable with your word.
And today,
This meditation will explore one of its deepest truths,
Express your love.
Because the way we speak to others and to ourselves,
Is a reflection of how deeply we honor and love who we are.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Feel your breath as a gentle rhythm,
Steady and kind.
As you breathe,
Imagine that with every inhale,
You are drawing love inward,
A soft glowing light filling your chest.
And with each exhale,
You are releasing any harshness,
Criticism or unkindness,
Allowing it to dissolve into the air.
To mind the words you use with yourself,
Notice the tone of your inner voice.
Is it kind and forgiving?
Or does it sometimes carry judgment or impatience?
There is no need to change anything right now.
Simply notice.
Awareness is the first act of love.
With your next breath,
Place your hand gently over your heart.
Feel the warmth of your own touch.
A reminder that love begins within.
Silently repeat the following affirmations to yourself after me,
Or you can say them out loud if you so desire.

Now imagine that soft warm light in your chest expanding,
Reaching your shoulders,
Your arms,
And flowing through you like sunlight,
Filling you with gentleness and strength.
Picture someone you care about.
Someone who brings warmth to your heart.
See yourself expressing your love through your words,
Your gestures,
And your presence.
How natural that love is.
How it multiplies as you give it.
Of the word can be measured by your level of self-love.
When you love yourself,
You naturally speak and act with love,
And that love returns to you again and again.
Take a few slow,
Deep breaths.
Feel gratitude for your breath,
For your awareness,
For your ability to love.
When you are ready,
Whisper softly to yourself,
May my words be filled with truth and love.
May I speak to myself and others with gentleness.
May every word I offer ripple out as kindness into the world.

When you feel ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
Move your fingers a bit.
Wiggle your toes a little.
When you feel that you are ready to fully come back to the room,
You can gently open your eyes,
Look around,
And notice a few things.
And know that you can carry that feeling of love and impeccability with you for the rest of the day and the time to come.
