Greetings,

And welcome to this color meditation.

During the next little while,

We'll be exploring the power of colors and how they can help us to relax,

Heal,

And find inner peace.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you exhale,

Release any tension you may be holding in your body.

Take another deep breath in,

Even deeper.

Hold at the top and exhale.

And one last breath in and out.

Now visualize a bright glowing ball of red light at the base of your spine.

This is the color of the first chakra,

Also known as the root chakra.

This chakra represents our connection to the physical world and helps us feel grounded and secure.

Imagine the red light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take in.

Breathe in and out.

Feel the red light pulsating and radiating warmth through your body.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this red light and let go of any feelings of restlessness or tension.

Take a few final moments to focus on and be with this red light before we move on to the next color.

Next,

We'll move to the lower abdomen.

Visualize a bright glowing ball of orange light just below your belly button.

This is the color of the second chakra,

Also known as the sacral chakra.

This chakra represents our creativity and helps us to find joy and pleasure in life.

Imagine the orange light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take.

Breathe in and out.

Feel it radiating warmth throughout your body.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this orange light and let go of any feelings of guilt or shame.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Take a few moments to focus on and be with this orange light before we move on to the next color.

Next,

We'll move on to your solar plexus,

Just above your belly button.

Visualize a bright glowing ball of yellow light.

This is the color of the third chakra,

Also known as the solar plexus chakra.

This represents our self-confidence and personal power and helps us to feel empowered and in control of our lives.

Breathe in and out.

Imagine the yellow light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take.

Breathe in and out.

Feel it pulsating and radiating warmth throughout your body.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this yellow light and let go of any feelings of doubt or insecurity.

Take a few moments to focus on and be with this yellow light before we move to the next color.

Next,

We're moving to our chest,

Just above our heart.

Visualize a bright glowing ball of green light in your chest.

This is the color of the fourth chakra,

Also known as the heart chakra.

It represents our ability to love and connect with others and helps us to experience compassion and forgiveness.

Breathe in and imagine this green light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take.

Feel it pulsating and radiating warmth throughout your body.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this green loving light and let go of any feelings of anger or resentment.

Breathe in,

Fill your extremities with love and green light,

And breathe out.

Take a few moments to focus on this green light,

And when you're ready,

We'll move on to the next color.

Next,

We're moving into your throat.

Visualize a bright glowing ball of blue light in your throat.

This is the color of the fifth chakra,

Also known as the throat chakra.

It represents our ability to communicate and express ourselves and also speaks our truth.

Imagine the blue light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take.

Breathe in,

Expand the blue light,

Breathe out.

Feel the blue light pulsating and radiating warmth throughout your body.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this blue light and let go of any feelings of fear or hesitation.

Breathe in and send that blue light through your body.

Hold it at the top and breathe out.

Take a few minutes to focus on and be with this blue light before we move on to the next color.

Next,

Bring your attention to the center of your forehead.

This is known as the third eye chakra.

Visualize a bright glowing ball of purple light.

This third eye chakra represents our intuition and inner wisdom.

It helps us connect with our higher selves and the universe.

Imagine that purple light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Feel it pulsating and radiating warmth throughout your body.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this purple light and let go of any feelings of confusion or doubt.

Breathe in,

Send this purple light throughout your body into your extremities from your third eye and breathe out.

Take a few moments to focus on and be with this purple light.

Next,

We'll move on to the final light,

The crown of your head.

This is the seventh chakra.

Focus on a lavender light.

This lavender light is known as the crown chakra.

This chakra represents our connection to the divine and our spiritual nature.

It helps us to experience enlightenment and transcendence.

Imagine the lavender light expanding and growing larger with each breath you take.

Feel it pulsating and radiating warmth throughout your body.

Breathe in this lavender light and fully immerse yourself.

Let go of any feelings of separation or isolation.

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Sending this lavender light throughout your body into your extremities.

Hold at the top and breathe out.

Spend a few moments with this crown chakra lavender light.

Take one more breath in,

Hold at the top and out.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take another deep breath and stretch your body.
