Hello and welcome to your restful sleep meditation. This practice will guide you to activate restful sleep through your 4 states of being. In order to prepare yourself for deep, restful sleep, we will journey through the 4 states of being ~ body, mind, emotions, and spirit. We begin by relaxing the body and all of our muscles, then calming the mind to allow peace in, then bringing peace and calm to our emotional being. Finally allowing our spiritual self to hold us in a state of deep relaxation, knowing that it is safe and possible to allow a deep state of rest for yourself. As you drift into and remain in a restful state of sleep, you will be guided with affirmations of peace, calm and light for a healthy, deep state of sleep.
