Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Today we return to wholeness,
To our divine state,
A state where we are perfect and pure and enlightened and whole and infinite and abundant.
Let's get comfortable.
Let's close our eyes and take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release.
And let's place our hand on our sweet,
Tender heart.
And as we breathe in,
Feel your heart raise up to your palm.
Feel it grow.
And as you exhale,
Feel any pain or weight or emotional constriction leave you.
And silently repeat to yourself,
I accept that this moment is pure and perfect,
Exactly as it's supposed to be.
I trust.
I am loved.
I am lovable.
I am tender.
I am strong.
I forgive myself for my regrets.
I unconditionally love myself.
And I surrender to the fire of transformation.
I am silence.
I am stillness.
I am loving kindness.
I am patient.
I trust.
All is well.
I am safe.
And I am whole.
I am a child of God,
A precious creation.
I am divine.
I forgive.
And I am forgiven.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
Allow your heart to heal,
To mend,
To release grievances.
Forgive yourself for your regrets.
And surrender to the fire of transformation.
Feel it flow into you with unconditional love.
Feel your load lighten.
Feel the weight lift.
Allow that wholeness to flow through every cell in your body.
Keep breathing into your heart.
And right now let's allow our heart to mend itself.
Allow our bodhichitta,
That awakened,
Noble,
Healing heart,
To emerge from the darkness.
Let's breathe love in.
And let's release some of the pain.
Let's breathe love in.
And release our blame.
Let's breathe love in.
And release our shame.
Let's breathe love in.
And let love flow.
And now let's take it a little deeper.
We'll use the mantra,
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
And silently repeat the mantra to yourself over and over.
And when you notice you've drifted away to thoughts in your mind,
Or sounds in the environment,
Or sensations in your body,
Ever so gently drift back to om agni moksha.
As you silently repeat the mantra,
It may change.
It may get louder,
Fainter,
Faster,
Slower.
It may even become jumbled or distorted.
However it changes,
Don't resist.
Flow with it.
And when you realize you're no longer repeating om agni moksha,
Ever so gently drift back to the mantra.
I'll watch the time.
And when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
Om agni moksha.
I surrender to the fire of emotional freedom.
Sit gently and allow the stillness and silence to settle in.
And now let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Feel that love prana surge into you and release it.
And now let's seal this meditation.
Let's seal our healing.
Let's seal our return to wholeness by chanting the hymn of the universe,
Aum.
One time together,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Aum.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at all your fellow travelers who journeyed with you on this return to emotional wholeness.
You can wish them namaste.
We're all part of this sweet,
Forgiving,
Collective consciousness.
And as you move throughout the day,
As you move throughout the week,
Keep reminding yourself,
I am loved.
I am lovable.
I am whole.
I am safe.
All is well.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is David G.
Wishing you a beautiful weekend,
An amazing week.
And each moment filled with moksha,
Emotional healing.
Namaste.
I'll see you in the gap.
