It's time to relax our bodies.

It's time to get all of our wiggles out.

It's time to feel calm in our bodies.

It's time to do some big belly breaths.

First,

Let's get really comfy and cozy.

You can lay on your bed or sit in a comfy chair.

If you want,

You can even close your eyes.

When I do my belly breaths,

I feel my body get calm and peaceful and relaxed.

Are you ready to do some belly breathing?

First,

Place one hand on your chest and one hand on your tummy.

And when you take a big deep breath in,

Feel your big breath fill up your belly.

Watch the hands on your belly move as your belly gets bigger and bigger.

The hands on your chest will stay still as all your big breath goes into your tummy.

Take that big deep breath in,

Fill up that belly,

And then blow it out through your mouth.

Just like if you were blowing out a candle.

And now your belly is small again.

Let's do that again.

Take that big breath in and let your belly get bigger and bigger and bigger and then blow it out.

Let's take one more big belly breath.

Take a big deep belly breath in,

Watch your tummy get full of air,

And then blow it out.
