After years of working through his own anxiety, depression, disordered eating and early-life trauma, David shifted from previous career paths to become an International Coaching Federation-accredited mindfulness life coach. He has helped hundreds of clients find a path forward out of stuck-ness, and introduces meditation into many of his sessions. He values playfulness, creativity, freedom, fun, open-mindedness, and personal growth. As an artist, David has performed as a voice actor for nearly 20 years, and recently began composing and publishing music.
