This 26-minute track takes the listener through careful observation of the body, spending a few moments on each part. The effect is total body relaxation, which puts the meditator into an open receiving position, bringing forward the limitless potential of the future. The meditation can be done sitting or lying - if one prefers using this to help induce restful sleep. For that reason, no bell is used to indicate the session's conclusion.

Begin this meditation in simply observing your body as it is without changing anything.

Bring awareness to any tension or constriction.

Notice the breath.

Where do you feel the breath?

There's nothing to change in this moment.

We're using relaxed awareness to observe what currently exists in your body.

Begin to focus on slightly longer breaths,

Slowing down the inhale and slowing down the exhale.

Feeling your body let go with every breath.

Breathe with as much ease as possible.

It should be effortless.

Imagine breathing into the heart space,

Keeping the breath gentle.

If you could breathe with compassion,

What would that feel like?

Focus on the chest,

The heart space.

Slowly bring your awareness to the abdomen,

Again with relaxed awareness.

Observe the breath.

No need to force.

With every exhale,

Feel your body surrender.

With every breath,

Experience a deeper sense of presence and acceptance of where you are in this moment.

This moment is the entirety of your life.

What does it feel like to bring gratitude to this moment?

The more you let go and accept,

The more you open up to the possibility of prosperity,

Connection,

Love.

In a moment,
