Attention is developed by repeated exercise or habit,

Words spoken by Neville Goddard.

It is a reminder for us to return to our practice over and over again.

And so I invite you to breathe with me.

Whether you're standing or seated or lying down,

Take a moment to notice your breath.

Take a moment to feel the breath rolling into your body.

And feel the breath rolling out of your body.

Be diligent.

Train your awareness to stay with the breath as much as you can.

And coming back to breath over and over and over.

Revisiting your inhale and exhale every time that it comes and every time that it goes.

Just a little bit longer.

Keep this level of attentiveness with you as you begin to perhaps open your eyes or shift from where you are.

If you're standing,

Maybe you walk and continue your day.

And if you're seated,

Maybe eventually you stand and same with laying down.

If this happens to become a precursor for sleep,

Sweetest dreams.

Take a big breath in with me.

And let it go.

Namaste.
