Together,
We will be joining to combine our positive intentions for Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants,
Aiming to gently shift the planet and its people into coherence with each other,
Into connection with the truth which lies within us all.
Perhaps an era of everlasting peace and harmony.
Through our subtle connections with the world around us and all living beings,
We have the power to influence the course of history and shift humanity towards enlightenment.
By raising and holding our own frequency and participating in meditations like this one,
We can slowly but surely turn the tide.
So please come to find a comfortable position,
One of steadiness and resilience,
Where your spine is straight and you can be held firmly by the pull of gravity.
Roll your shoulders down and back.
Lift your heart space and allow your head to balance gently atop,
Tucking your chin ever so slightly.
Whenever you feel ready,
Allow your eyes to fall gently closed.
On your next inhalation,
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your lungs completely and hold your breath.
Squeeze in your stomach and back,
Compressing everything around your spine.
And release with a sigh.
Let's take one more deep breath like this.
So on your next inhalation,
Breathe all the way in,
Feeling yourself completely.
Hold,
Squeeze,
And release.
Perfect.
Goodness your breath settling back into its natural rhythms while allowing your outbreath to stretch and linger.
Find a light,
Relaxing rhythm.
Feel yourself breathing in revitalization and health and sense your outbreath releasing any tensions or anxieties you may have been holding onto.
As you breathe here,
Feel yourself drifting away into a comforting stillness.
Bring your attention to the top of your head,
Your crown,
And feel all your muscles here and along the back of your skull.
Consciously relax all that you find.
Move your attention to the muscles in your forehead,
Around your brow,
And allow them all to release and relax.
Loosen your jaw,
Letting it hang slightly open,
Allowing your tongue to rest comfortably at the bottom of your mouth.
Now shift your attention downward into your shoulders and neck.
Let go of any rigidity you find while making sure to retain your open chest.
Feel this relaxation extending down your arms and into your hands,
Consciously choosing to relax at all.
Place your awareness on your chest and upper back.
Find any tightness and release it.
Feel any change to the energy within.
Now bring your focus downward into your abdomen,
Stomach,
And lower back.
Find any tension there and allow your breath to move into the space,
Releasing and relaxing it all.
Feel downward into your hips and thighs.
Let yourself release any tightness you've been holding onto.
Allow this wave of relaxation to flow down further still into your knees,
Ankles,
And feet.
Witness any tension you've been holding onto and let it go.
Now feel your entire body as one from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head,
And let everything relax.
Let it all float away.
Each and every one of us is a unique expression of universal consciousness.
Beneath any layers of distortion,
Like our personally constructed self-images,
Our likes and dislikes,
Our judgments of others,
Or feelings of unworthiness,
Beyond the barriers we may have built around our hearts,
Lies a divine layer of self,
An eternal archetype,
Our highest expression.
This is our individuated identity at its most unencumbered,
Commonly referred to as our higher self.
By connecting with this pure expression of our being,
And by choosing to embody it,
We empower ourselves to live lives of connection where we can realize our own innate wholeness.
We can come to learn that all we've been seeking through our pursuits in the material world has been within us all along.
So let us now see this highest expression of ourselves.
See yourself,
But lighter,
Unburdened by any earthly concerns.
See the creativity,
The joy,
The passion for living that this version of yourself carries within them,
And see this higher self,
Your true inner essence,
Coming to rest before you in their own meditative posture.
See the smile on their face.
Feel the love in their heart.
Draw in life force energy through the steady rhythms of your breath and bring it into your heart space.
Feel your heart filling with this energy which we live within,
Which resides in every molecule of this universe.
And notice your heart's energy expanding.
Feel a warmth growing inside it,
And consciously choose to send a tether of this energy to connect with the heart of your divine expression.
See it landing upon their heart space,
And feel all the passion,
Joy,
And love which composes and lives within your highest self,
Returning to you through that very same tether.
Feel yourself becoming your own highest expression.
Let yourself dissolve into these powerful energies of the heart.
Now,
Having taken steps to embody our highest selves,
Let us use these very same portals of connection,
Our hearts,
To connect with each other and the millions of like-minded individuals around the planet who would see us step forward together into an era of peace and unity.
Feel tethers of your heart's energy splitting off in a multitude of directions,
Not only connecting with those who are meditating with us right now,
But connecting with all of our brothers and sisters,
Families and friends,
All of our companions of consciousness who are carving their own paths towards enlightenment and share our intentions of creating a better world.
Feel these tethers connecting.
Feel us coming into coherence with each other.
Feel it empowering us all to live enlightened lives where we may bring forth a world of connection and cooperation in which we can always strive to achieve the highest good for all beings.
Having connected with our own highest selves and with our companions around the world,
Let us now visualize our energetic tethers extending downward,
Starting from the base of our spine and the soles of our feet,
Heading down deep into the earth.
See these tethers carving a path through the earth's crust.
See them diving into its mantle and beyond into the molten core of the planet.
Feel them entwining themselves within and around the mountainous crystal at its heart.
Feel the earth holding you stable.
Feel the size and scope of the planet and feel the energy returning to you through these tethers.
Feel it surging up into your spine and feet.
Feel it nurturing you and grounding you.
Notice the earth has an intelligence of its own.
It has its own life force.
Here with us all connected,
Let us offer mother earth our positive energies,
Our own intentions for creating a more enlightened and harmonious global civilization.
And just stay here for a moment,
Basking in the reciprocity of these positive vibrations,
Feeling the love mother earth is offering us and offering our own love in return.
