Thank you so much for joining this guided meditation where we will connect more deeply with our spirit guides.
And so please,
Come to find a comfortable position seated or lying down with your palms resting face up on your lap or the floor beside you.
Extend your spine out straight.
Lengthen your neck and allow your chin to remain slightly tucked as you roll your shoulders down and back,
Opening your heart space.
If you haven't already,
Please close your eyes.
Let us begin to breathe throughout the whole of our body.
As you inhale,
Allow your breath to move you.
Feel your breath surging through your body and ensure you're not holding onto any tension or tightness that prevents that movement.
Your breath should subtly move every part of your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.
And so as you breathe here,
Feel your shoulders loosening,
Allowing that movement to reach the top of your head.
And ensure your lower back and your hips are loose enough that the movement can reach your lower body.
And just allow yourself to sink in here.
Allow yourself to relax while holding yourself resilient.
On your next inhalation,
Take a very deep breath in,
All the way,
And sigh it out.
Take another deep breath in,
Filling yourself completely,
And let it go.
Take one more deep breath in,
All the way,
And hold,
Relax your entire body,
And release.
Perfect.
See yourself walking up a mountain path.
Feel the sun high above.
Feel the breeze on your face.
Hear the birds,
And sense the revitalizing essence of nature all around you.
Look down the mountain to see the valleys below.
See a large river carving through lush forests.
And allow yourself to continue making your way up this mountain path.
See the pathway ahead,
Reaching a crest,
And as you approach,
See that there is a beautiful plateau,
A meadow.
See that this meadow is filled with short,
Soft,
Green grass.
There is a creek which cuts through it.
See the beautiful colors of the flowers in this meadow.
And allow yourself to find a spot sitting or lying on the short,
Green grass.
In this eternally peaceful place,
See that you are joined here.
See that you are surrounded by others who are taking part in this meditation throughout time and space.
See that you are surrounded by other meditators around the world.
And feel the loving presence of all these conscious beings who are joining you in this space.
All of us together.
We call on our guides,
Our ancestors,
Angelic beings,
All of our benevolent helpers.
And we ask them to join us here.
You may feel their energetic presence.
You may sense them in some other way.
Or you may not.
Just know that whatever you sense or feel,
It's perfect.
And set the intention of opening more to feeling this presence,
These beings.
If you have any gods or ancestors or angelic beings that you know are with you,
Feel free to invite them now.
Know that these beings are always here,
That they are always surrounding us.
It's just moments like these when we quiet our minds and open our hearts where we're better able to perceive them.
And so,
With the power of your own intention,
Open yourself now to feel their love.
Focus on your heart as you allow their love to pour into you.
See now that night has fallen.
The stars are bright above.
The Milky Way is brilliant and luminescent.
And see a brilliant white orb floating towards you from the horizon.
See it coming closer and stopping almost directly above you.
And see this white orb coming down to rest directly before you.
Feel their love for you.
Set the personal intention now or ask for blessings from this being of light that will allow us to feel the presence of our guides throughout our days,
To feel our team of support always.
Having asked for this blessing and set these intentions,
See the brilliant white orb moving towards you.
Feel your heart magnetically drawn towards it.
And feel it beginning to wash over you.
Feel it encompassing you entirely.
And just allow this energetic blessing.
See now that this orb is floating away,
That it has risen back into the sky.
But know you are still surrounded.
You are still connected to all your guides and ancestors.
And let us open ourselves here to guidance and to further connection.
Ask for these beings to communicate with you.
To let you know that they're here.
To let you know who they are.
Let us just leave space here for a few moments so that we can receive.

You you See now that the sun has risen see yourself still resting in this meadow and see yourself rising to your feet returning to the mountain path and making your way downwards as a new dawn rises and know that these beings we've connected with today are always here for us it's simply a matter of opening to feel that connection and so returning to our physical bodies allow yourself to sense the space around you allow yourself to stretch and gently move take a deep breath in and let it go and whenever you're ready open your eyes thank you so much for taking part in this practice today I am truly grateful for this opportunity to have connected with you here namaste
