Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Rochaio and as always I'm grateful and I'm honored and I'm privileged that I get to facilitate this way of meditation and that you are joining me,

That you're choosing to tune in,

That you're choosing to listen,

That you're choosing to participate in.

Coming back to the nowness of this moment of becoming still,

Of allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness that is right where you are,

Right where I am,

Inherent in each and every single moment,

That you are allowing that to well up and to come forth.

The theme for this particular meditation is to not judge ourselves because sometimes when we are in meditation we are more or less continuously pulled away from the breath or whatever means we have to anchor us in the nowness of this moment.

We all go through periods where the mind is racing and where there's so much thoughts when that voice in the mind just will not shut up and just will not be quiet.

And of course meditation has nothing to do with pressing the mute button on that voice or that mental chatter.

But meditation is about observing and allowing it to be and thus releasing and letting go and gradually that voice and that chatter becomes less and less and less.

But that's not the intention of the meditation,

That's not the purpose of meditation,

That's a side effect of the meditation.

But the purpose of meditation is to simply be,

To simply observe,

To simply embrace and allow that which is to be as it is and gradually come into the awareness that we are not the thoughts,

We are not that mental chatter,

We are not our emotions,

We are not our bodily experiences but we are the consciousness through which all of these flow.

And so whenever we catch ourselves having drifted away from the breath,

Whenever we catch ourselves having been pulled into a fantasy or a thought form or a memory or a projection or an emotion or a sensation,

We are so wise to not ever judge ourselves,

We are so wise to not ever condemn ourselves or to criticize ourselves but to simply,

As always,

Embrace and allow whatever is to be as it is.

If we got pulled in by a fantasy,

We catch ourselves,

We come back to the breath and we begin again.

When we fall,

We get back up and we begin again.

No judgment,

No criticism,

No self-blame but only love,

Only compassion,

Only kindness.

Human self-judgment serve nothing except for making us feel bad about who we are and what we are capable of.

And so as we move into the meditation,

That is my invitation to you that whenever you catch yourself having drifted to lovingly and gently and kindly just bring your attention back to the breath and begin again.

And if you catch yourself judging yourself or if you catch yourself criticizing yourself gently and lovingly turn your attention away from these judgments and this criticism,

Come back to the breath and begin again.

And so in this moment,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

I invite you to bring a smile to your face,

Letting your body know that all is well,

That it can relax.

Begin to produce and distribute these tonic chemicals,

These healing chemicals,

These good for the body chemicals.

I invite you to,

While you smile,

Close your eyes and begin to tap gently between your eyebrows,

Activating that first eye,

The spiritual eye.

I invite you to set an intention for this meditation and my intentions are always to wake up to who and what I am and to forever allow for greater and grander expressions of that who and what to emerge.

We can release the tapping and I invite you to place your hands in your lap,

Palms facing upward,

Thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of receptivity.

I invite you to turn your attention toward your breath,

Fully aware that the body is able and capable of breathing in and of itself and so you don't need to make the breathing happen,

You don't need to participate in the breathing,

But you get to observe it,

Surrender to it and allow it to happen.

And also I want you to be aware that the full breath has four stages to it.

The in-breath,

The space between in and out-breath,

The out-breath and the space between out and in-breath.

And being aware of this and seeking to keep your attention on all four of these stages allows you to sustain your attention on the breath with much greater ease.

And so in this moment I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well and give it the peace that follows permission to move you deep,

Deep,

Deep into the stillness and into the silence.

We are close.

You you Should your attention drift away from the breath I Invite you to lovingly and gently turn it back to the breath and begin again No judgments,

No criticism,

Only love you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you Back to the breath and begin again you only love kindness compassion you you you you you you you you you you you you you come back to the breath and begin again judgment only love you you you you you come back to the breath and begin again only kindness love and compassion you you you you you come back to the breath and begin again you you you you you As I move us into prayer I invite you to remain with your eyes closed your heart open your mind open you may catch the vibration of this prayer giving permission to allow you to go even higher even deeper and even wider so in this moment how grateful I am for that peace that is here the joy that is here the harmony that is here the wholeness that is here eternally in this moment how grateful I am for your participation for your choosing to use these moments to come back to the nowness of this moment to invest these moments into allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance and the wholeness that is in this moment to well up within you for you saying yes to being a conscious participant in the unfolding of your soul to forever expand to forever grow to forever unfold and to allow for greater and grander expressions of who and what you are to emerge and from this space of gratitude I know and I feel the allness and the goodness and the eternality of God I know and I feel that God is all there is there is nothing but Spirit that Spirit is good that Spirit is love that Spirit is wholeness that Spirit is joy that Spirit is abundance that Spirit is peace and beauty and the Spirit cannot ever contradict itself or go against itself it means that right where you are all of that which Spirit is all of the love all of the peace all of the joy all of the harmony all of the abundance all of the wholeness it is right there it is right there right where you are in this moment in every single moment which means that in this moment in every moment everything that you need you have everything that you need to keep growing to keep expanding to keep unfolding you already have it it's already been given to you you're not gonna get it but you have it it is yours it is in your consciousness it is your consciousness something truly wonderful is happening right now where you are something truly wonderful is happening right now where you are I know it and I feel it I know it and I feel it everything is working for the highest good everything is working for your good and as I release the word I do so fully knowing and feeling that it is already done and the demonstrations and the manifestations of that done-ness is now emerging is now becoming visible here in this dimension such is in grace I know it I feel it I accept it I thanks for it I allow it to be so it is so be it and so shall it be amen I mean ase aho hotep shalom salaam and hallelujah
