Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each ”session” will begin with brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I invite you to join me for a beautiful, healing, soothing and empowering moment of becoming still through meditation. Namaste Daniel

Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Roquillo and I'm,

As always,

I'm grateful that you have chosen to join me for a moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment,

For a moment of becoming still,

Making ourselves open and available for the truth of our being to come forth.

The theme for this particular meditation is be loving and kind to yourself and this is with regards to things that may come up during the meditation.

As we talked about in a previous session,

We're wise to embrace and allow whatever comes up to come up,

To let it be as it is.

Sometimes we become aware of thought forms and memories and emotions,

Physical sensations,

And sometimes these can stir up emotions within ourselves towards ourselves.

And also as we use the breath to anchor us,

We from time to time are pulled away from the breath into a thought form or a fantasy or a story or a memory.

And whenever we become aware of either having drifted or become aware of a thought form or something that bubbles up,

We're wise to always be gentle and loving and kind towards ourselves.

And what this means is that as you sit in meditation,

Whatever comes up,

Whatever happens,

I invite you to seek to refrain from judging yourself,

From having any kind of opinions about yourself,

About your ability or what you have done or not done or what you are doing or not doing,

But simply allow yourself to be compassionate towards yourself.

Compassion really means that we have an understanding for the lack of understanding.

So we want to be understanding towards ourselves,

Allowing and embracing whatever comes up to come up,

Embracing and allowing ourselves to be where we are and who we are in this moment,

In this very moment.

Judging and blaming and having opinions about ourselves serves nothing other than keeping us stuck in a small and limited perception or paradigm or point of view.

So this is the theme for this meditation,

To be loving and kind towards yourself.

Before we move into the meditation,

I just want to say that we are accompanied by our cat.

He's in my lap right now and so if you hear a soft purr,

It is not my belly making noises,

But it's our cat.

It's him enjoying the stillness and the peace and the harmony and the love that emanates from the practice of meditation.

And so in this moment,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

I invite you to put a smile on your face as that smile informs the body that all is well so that the body may relax and begin to produce and distribute these good for the body,

Healthy healing chemicals,

These tonic chemicals.

And while we keep that smile on our faces,

I invite you to begin to tap between your eyebrows to have a little activation of that first eye and that spiritual eye going,

That divine eye that allows you to catch that which cannot be caught with your human senses.

And while we keep tapping,

Let's set an intention for this meditation and the intention is always,

At least for me,

To wake up to who and what I am and to forever love for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge.

We can release the tapping,

Turn our attention toward our breath,

Realizing that the body is fully able and capable of doing the breathing,

So we need not participate in the breathing,

But we can simply observe the breathing.

We can surrender to it,

Allowing it to happen.

And we also want to be aware that the breath is made up of four stages.

The full breath is made up of four stages.

We have the in-breath,

We have a space in between the in-breath and the out-breath,

We have the out-breath and then a slightly longer space between the out-breath and in-breath.

So as we use our breath to anchor us in the nowness of this moment,

We want to seek to keep our attention on the full breath on all four stages.

So in this moment,

I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well and give the peace that follows permission to move you deep,

Deep,

Deep,

To stillness and into loving,

Kind,

Compassionate silence.

Resistor multimodal plays If you catch yourself having drifted away from the breath with love,

Compassion,

Kindness,

I invite you to turn your attention back to the breath and begin again.

If you catch yourself having drifted away from the breath with love,

Compassion,

Kindness,

I invite you to turn your attention back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Begin again.

In love,

Compassion,

And kindness,

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again with love,

Compassion,

Kindness.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Begin again.

Now,

In a brief moment,

Move us into closing prayer,

I invite you to remain just as you are,

Silent,

Still,

Your eyes closed,

Your mind open,

Available,

Curious,

So that you may give the prayer permission to move you to an even higher vibration,

Into an even more expanded consciousness.

And so in this moment,

How grateful I am,

How deeply grateful I am for the love that is here,

For the love of God that is inherent right where each of us is,

That flows through us,

That penetrates us,

That permeates us,

That wells up from within us,

From the depth of our being.

How deeply grateful I am to be loved,

That we are loved,

To know and feel it,

To know and feel it right where we are.

All is well,

Regardless of any condition,

Of any circumstance,

All is well,

Simply because we are loved.

As God is fully expressing itself in every being,

In every space,

In every place,

An object in all of creation,

And as God is love,

Not only loving,

But love.

As God is love,

And as we in God are one,

It means that right where you are,

Right where I am,

There is only love.

Love is that healing energy that washes away,

That heals everything and anything.

When there is love,

There is only wholeness.

Where there is love,

Healing can happen.

And as we come back to the nowness of this moment,

There is only love.

So from this space of knowing and feeling the allness and the goodness and the eternality of God,

From knowing and feeling that love is all there is,

From knowing and feeling that love is the answer,

From knowing and feeling that we are love,

God is we are love.

God is we are love.

I know that in this moment,

Something wonderful is happening.

Healing is taking place because we choose to be love.

Because we choose to release and let go of the judgments and the opinions,

The point of views,

Of the beating up of ourselves,

Of berating ourselves.

We choose love.

And so we choose wholeness.

We choose freedom.

And we choose abundance.

And we choose harmony.

They all come hand in hand with love.

So as we choose love,

We choose all of that which God is.

And just as entering into a dark room and switching the light on,

The darkness dissolves.

As we choose love,

All of the lesser frequencies,

All of the lower vibrations dissolve in that instant that we choose love.

Because love has no opposing powers.

God being omnipotent,

Omnipresent.

There is not God and something else,

But there is only God.

There is only love.

So when we choose love,

Everything else that is not in vibrational alignment with love dissolves.

How grateful I am to know and feel this.

How grateful I am for your participation in this.

For your yes,

For your having said yes.

To enter into this meditation,

To enter onto this path of freedom,

Of awakening,

Of allowing love to lead and guide and move you ever forward.

Oh.

Something wonderful is happening in this moment.

Something truly wonderful is happening in this moment.

I know it and I feel it.

Truly all is well.

I know it and I feel it all is well.

Everything is working for our good.

Everything is working for the highest good.

That is the will of God.

I know it,

I feel it,

I accept it,

I give thanks for it,

I allow it to be.

So it is.

So be it.

So shall it be.

Amen.

Amin.

Ashe.

Aho.

Hotep.

Shalom.

And Hallelujah.
