The ego has two core beliefs; I Am Not Enough, and There Is Not Enough. Any one of us who is under the aegis of the ego consequently is under the aegis of these two beliefs. Thus it is from small and limited perception that we move through life. The first step of releasing and letting them go is to become aware of how they operate and play out in our individual life. It is only then that we may set ourselves free I invite you to join me as we let the healing begin.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.

My name is Daniel Rukeo and as always I'm deeply grateful that you're choosing me in a moment of expansion,

In a moment of transformation,

In a moment of allowing for great and grand expressions of who and what we are to emerge,

In a moment of self-awareness and self-observation and awakening.

A beautiful moment.

So I'm grateful that you're choosing to join me here.

The theme for today is the egoic mantra.

The egoic mantra.

And this of course has to do with the ego,

Which is that part within us that gives rise to judgments and opinions and point of views and thoughts as to what should and should not be.

A sense of scarcity,

A sense of lack,

A sense of separation.

And ultimately the ego operates under the aegis and under the influence of its core beliefs or its core mantra,

Which is I am not enough and there is not enough.

This is the perception that the ego takes on as it observes the world,

As it reacts to the world.

Always from a state of fear and worry and doubt.

Fear of not being enough,

Fear of not having enough,

Fear of running out.

And so any individual that have not challenged the ego or are not aware of the ego and these egoic structures are run by these two fears.

The fear of not being enough and the fear of not having enough.

And as they run our lives,

Our whole lives becomes like an obstacle course that we need to navigate through.

Then we need to manipulate and control just to make it through the day.

And these egoic structures,

They are,

When unchallenged,

And in another session we will talk more about how to transcend the ego and these egoic structures.

But when unchallenged,

They are very debilitating,

Debilitating,

They are very limiting,

And they keep us from living life.

When we are caught up,

When we buy into these stories,

Because it is not,

It is simply not true.

Let's explore these,

Shall we?

The first structure,

The first core belief is I am not enough.

Being made in the image and likeness of spirit,

Being holographic images of God,

Being spirit expressing itself in as and through us,

In no way shape or form are we ever not enough.

But in every single moment we're always more than enough.

Always.

We never need to prove our value,

We never need to prove our worth,

We never need to earn anything.

Our worth and value has nothing,

Contrary to popular belief,

Has nothing to do with our achievements,

Nothing to do with our last name,

Our attributes,

What we look like,

Where we come from,

And any of these worldly superficial attributes.

But our worth and value are intrinsic,

They are inherently within us,

Simply because we are,

We are worthy,

We are valuable.

But the ego wants us to believe that we're not,

The ego wants us to believe that we're missing something,

That we're lacking something,

That only we get more of that.

If we make more money,

If we have just another diploma or degree,

Then we will be worthy.

If we make it,

If we become famous,

Then we'll be worthy.

But of course this sense of not being worthy,

It follows us wherever we go,

We may try to hide it,

We may seek to cover it up,

But unless we face it and unless we challenge it for the false belief that it is,

For the story that it is,

The made-up belief that it is,

It will always haunt us,

It will always follow us,

It will always run us.

And we will always live from moment to moment to moment seeking to prove to ourselves,

Seeking to prove to the world that we are enough.

So that's the one core belief of the ego.

The other core belief of the ego is that there is not enough.

And this is why,

This is one of the reasons why people engage in competition,

Why people hoard and gather onto themselves,

Or at least try,

Why some individuals live their whole lives trying to make more money,

Regardless of how much money they have,

They still want to make more because of this fear of not having enough or the fear of running out of that which we have.

But once again,

Unless this story is challenged and observed and brought to the surface of our awareness or the light of our awareness,

It will always run us and we will be making choices and we will be reacting to the world in a very insane way.

We will partake in the hunt of protecting ourselves,

Of seeking to grab onto and hold onto whatever we can get our hands on simply because if we don't,

Then perhaps in some future moment we will not have enough.

So these egoic mantras,

These egoic core beliefs,

They always speak about lack and scarcity and separation.

And we need to,

We need to challenge them,

We need to become aware of them,

We need to face them if we are to allow for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance,

The free flow of energy,

The circulation of energy to emerge from within us,

To enter into our experience.

The ego is not an evil creature in any way,

It simply lives under the aegis of ignorance.

It doesn't understand that life is friendly.

It doesn't understand that there is more than enough for everyone.

It doesn't understand that we have and we are more than we need,

That we are more than enough.

And so it seeks to protect us,

It seeks to keep us from moving into the unknown and it does so by serving us excuses as to why we cannot ever make it,

Why we should not even try to make it,

Why we should never go for it.

It serves us all these reasons that we're too black or too white or too thin or too fat or too rich or too poor or that we perhaps have too many degrees or that we don't have enough degrees or that our last name is not the right one or that we were born on the wrong side that we were born on the wrong side of the cracks or all these stories,

All these excuses and reasons why not to go for it,

Why we can't go for it,

Why we should not go for it.

They all arise out of these egoic structures.

I am not enough,

There is not enough.

So to set ourselves free we need to challenge the ego,

We need to become aware of it and we need to transcend these structures.

The ego may perhaps not ever leave us in the sense that it will always be with us whispering in the background but we don't have to be run by it.

We don't have to give it the power to move us into constant reaction and constant fight or flight.

But just like the,

Just like we can be aware of the clouds in the sky or the cars in the the cars in the in the street without being attached to them,

Identified with them,

So it is with the ego.

It can still be there but we don't need to be attached to it,

We don't need to identify with it.

But we can set ourselves free,

We can take our power back and begin to respond to life rather than react to life.

All right,

So that was all for now.

Thank you so much for tuning in,

Thank you so much for listening.

Until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

A beautiful,

Magnificent,

Wonderful,

Powerful,

Radiant being.

Namaste.
