Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.
This wonderful path of awakening.
This wonderful path where we get to continuously allow for ever greater and greater expressions of who we are.
Where we continuously get to allow for more peace and love and joy and harmony to emerge from within us.
Where we continuously get to expand into new dimensions of conscious co-creation.
Vibrationally aligning ourselves with the good that we decide so that it may flow into our experience.
Not through efforting,
Not through trying to make it happen or forcing or manipulating but in a beautiful collaboration with the sacred laws.
My name is Daniel Roqueo and if you tuned in before I welcome you back.
If this is the very first time you're tuning in I welcome you from the bottom of my heart with all of my being.
I welcome you into this space,
Into this beautiful space that we are co-creating.
So the topic for today,
What we're talking about today is a powerful way to vibrationally align.
A powerful way to vibrationally align and as the topic indicates I'm going to be sharing what to me perhaps is the most,
The most powerful way to vibrationally align with the good that we desire.
So that it may flow into our experience.
So that it may emerge from within us because that's really what happens.
We're not so much attracting anything even though I know there's a law of attraction that speaks to how things come into our experience but in reality it emerges from within us.
It emerges from within us.
So for the purpose of this conversation that we're having today I want to begin by defining or explaining what vibrational alignment means.
So these sacred laws and if you've tuned in before you may have heard me talking about this because I talk quite a lot about the beautiful path of manifestation and the sacred laws and vibrationally aligning and all of that.
These sacred laws,
They continuously are not monitoring,
That's the word,
They are not so much monitoring our thoughts but they are constant communion with each other.
So whatever we think about the most,
Talk about the most,
Feel about the most,
That makes up our predominant vibration.
And so vibrational alignment with the good that we desire means that we know and feel that it's already here,
It's already been being given to us.
There is no separation,
There is no thought forms that speak into that it's going to manifest in some future moment but we know when we feel that it is here,
It is now,
It's already ours.
When we know and feel that we're in absolute hundred percent vibrational alignment with that good.
But then most of us we sort of drift in and out and we perhaps get caught up by fears and worries and doubts as to whether or not it will manifest,
How it's gonna manifest,
When it's gonna manifest and all these questions and conundrums that play such tricks on our minds.
So vibrational aligning means that we do the inner work necessary to not deny,
To not suppress,
Not push away these doubts and fears,
These lower thought forms,
These lower vibrations,
But we bring them into our awareness,
We embrace and allow them that they may dissolve,
That we may release and let them go.
So our mind is habitual in the way that thoughts flow through it.
Meaning that many of the thoughts that we are becoming aware of,
That we are experiencing,
That we are entertaining,
That we're buying into,
They are habitual,
They are repetitive,
So they sort of move in circles.
So from one day to another many of us are pretty much,
I don't want to say thinking because it's not us thinking,
But we're pretty much experiencing the same kind of thoughts over and over and over again.
So our minds are habitual and the way to change a habit is by repetition.
In other words the stories that we have been,
That we are buying into in this very moment,
They have become habitual through repetition.
Either because someone else repeatedly told us this story over and over again,
Or because we sort of paid more attention to the surface appearance,
Perhaps speaking of lack,
Perhaps speaking of life being an obstacle course,
Or perhaps speaking of separation,
Or not being worthy of love,
Or whatever the case may be.
That we're paying more attention to that and so the surface appearance sort of infuses our thoughts and our minds with projections.
And these projections become our inner reality.
They become what we believe.
Or we just somewhere along the lines made up a story that we repeated to ourselves that has just stuck with us.
So the way to break free from small and limited thought patterns,
The way to break free from feelings of not being enough,
Not having enough,
Perhaps that life is not for us at all but that life is against us,
Is to repeat a new thought form.
Hence affirmations.
Affirmations as most people are familiar with the term and the practice of affirmations.
Not saying that most people know or are in the habit or have the discipline to actually work with affirmations the way we need to work with them.
But affirmations are sort of slogans or keywords or phrases that we repeat to ourselves.
Now,
Repetition is the key.
Repeating a string of words every once in a while is not going to do that much difference.
But we need to form the habit,
Cultivate the discipline to come back to that string of words,
To that phrase,
To that principle over and over and over again so that it becomes habitual.
And a habit obviously is something that we do without being consciously aware of doing it.
So today I want to share what I deem as the most powerful way to create new habitual thought forms,
To treat our minds to know that the good that we desire,
Be it health,
Be it financial abundance,
Be it more love,
Be it the kind of job that we desire or whatever the case may be,
For us to move into the vibrational alignment,
For us to move into the knowing and feeling that this already is.
It's already done.
It's on its way.
It's already been given to us.
We may not see it yet but still it's ours.
And this is a very simple,
Simple,
Simple practice.
Namely a pen and a notepad.
That's all that is required.
A pen and a notepad,
Obviously it requires our willingness and it requires our discipline to utilize this beautiful tool.
But apart from those,
All that we need is a pen and a notepad.
So affirmations need to be in the affirmative,
Meaning they need to be us articulating what it is that we wish to see manifested,
Not what we don't wish to see manifested.
Because the sacred laws,
They don't care whether or not we want something or don't want it.
All they care about is where we turn our attention.
So if let's say that I'm in the space of calling forth greater financial abundance.
If I keep repeating to myself that I want to get out of not having enough money.
What the sacred laws are picking up on is the not having enough money.
So they need to be in the affirmative.
And they also need to be in the present tense.
That's what we're talking about here.
We need to come into the knowing,
Feeling that this is now.
It's not going to happen in some future moment.
Manifestation is never a future thing.
It's always a now thing.
So whenever we lean into affirmations,
Whenever we lean into this beautiful practice of writing about that we wish to experience,
We need to lean in from a space of knowing that it is here now.
All right.
So using a pen and notepad.
What I do,
And this is one of my favorite practices and probably the most powerful practice that I know of when it comes to vibrationally aligning,
Is that I pick up my pen,
I pick up my notepad.
I can do this while watching TV.
I can do this while hanging out with the family.
I can do this in the waiting room on a bus.
I can do this whenever I have a moment in between when I'm not required to have my full attention on something else.
That's when I lean into this practice.
And so what I do,
I just begin to write.
I begin with my main desire sort of leading me into a flow.
So let's,
For instance,
What I'm currently working on right now is to come into knowing and feeling that my healing work is touching millions of people around the world.
So that's what I that's what I open up with.
That I'm a greater teacher and healer than I've ever imagined,
Touching millions of people around the world.
Right?
And from there,
If the pen begins to write something else that is in alignment with that,
That affirms that initial affirmation,
I just go with it.
If the pen does not by itself write something that is in alignment with that,
I can either repeat that statement,
Repeat that affirmation,
Or I come up with something else.
It doesn't really matter if the pen moves by itself or if I have to think about it.
The beauty and the power behind using a pen,
And I'm absolutely inviting us to use a pen and a paper as opposed to perhaps smartphone or a computer to type,
Because when we're using a pen and a paper we are utilizing more muscles in the body.
My hand and the muscles in the hand and the arm,
They are recording the movements.
I read what I am writing down.
I hear myself as I'm reading what I've written down.
So there are a lot more senses involved in writing as opposed to typing or as opposed to thinking or as opposed to speaking out loud.
I'm not denying any of those.
I'm not,
You know,
Discounting any of them.
But we want to,
In order for integration to happen,
For embodiment to happen,
The more senses we involve,
The better,
The more powerful the practice becomes.
So I just sit and write and I sort of hit it at it from different angles so I can perhaps lean into or write down that every single day people are tuning in to hear my voice,
To be inspired,
To be moved,
Whatever.
It doesn't really matter as long as I'm articulating and describing what it is that I wish to see manifested.
And I do this for about 20 minutes.
This is a priority for me.
I do make sure that I do have the space.
So at least once a day and oftentimes a number of times every day I lean into this for about 20 minutes and I have alarm on my phone that I set to go off after 25 minutes.
And so I stick with it and it doesn't matter if I keep repeating the same sentence over and over and over again.
Or if there's an abundance,
If there's a beautiful free flow of expressions and articulations and descriptions as to what it means for me to be a greater teacher and healer than I've ever imagined,
Touching millions of people around the globe.
And this is such a beautiful complement.
It's not the only practice,
But it's a beautiful addition to the other practices.
And over time this beautiful practice,
It helps us overwrite.
It helps us reprogram our minds to begin to think in an affirmative way.
To begin to think so that we may know and feel that this that I'm actually describing,
That I'm writing about,
It already is.
So it's a beautiful way of moving into the feeling tone that is in alignment with the good that we desire.
So I invite you to try it.
I invite you to stick with it.
Because initially you may experience some discomfort.
You may experience perhaps feelings of embarrassment or shame or even be feeling stupid or whatever the case may be.
But I invite you to stick with it.
I'm not gonna give you a number of days to stick with it,
But I do invite you to stick with it until you feel comfortable enough with it so that you can choose whether or not to keep doing it or stop doing it.
So that was it for today.
I invite us all to pick up that pen and pick up that notepaper and begin to describe,
Articulate the life that we want to have.
The experiences that we want to call into our lives.
Thank you so so much for tuning in,
For participating.
Until the next time,
I absolutely bless bless bless all of our days and all of our ways.
Much love to all of us.
Namaste.
