This beautiful meditation can be practiced seated or standing and if possible turn your body and face the east.
Take a moment to settle your body into your chosen posture.
Find balance and symmetry in the body.
Feel your connection with the ground beneath you.
And raise your spine facing the east with an attitude of elegant command.
Allow your breath to settle into a long and balanced rhythm.
With the rising light of the early morning sense the day full of possibility coming into being.
And within this unique new day is the weave of your highest possibility.
As you breathe you greet this wondrous weave.
Visualize the interconnectedness of your highest possibility within the day dawning.
Golden.
Alive.
And aching for expression through you.
With every breath you can sense the highest pathways,
The highest choices,
The highest words to be spoken throughout the day.
And the more you connect with this golden weave of light which is yours,
The more palpable the sensation of it becomes.
Breathe it into your body and breathe your essence into the day that is dawning.
Gently raise your arms and with your hands move them as if playing,
Drawing,
Molding this golden web of possibility.
It is yours to claim.
It is yours to manifest.
It is yours to experience in full.
As the energy of the highest possibility that is within this day becomes more and more felt within your body,
Allow your body to express it too.
Swaying.
Spiraling.
Embodying the treasure of this day.
Every interaction clear,
Warm,
Understood.
Each person that you encounter in this day is touched by your presence.
Every action you take,
Every choice that you make is imbued with light.
Your body is in harmony.
Your mind clear and calm.
And your heart open and warm.
Breathe in deeply and know I am at peace with myself.
Breathe out and know I am at peace with my world.
I am at peace with myself.

Allowing your body now to become still and your breath to settle once again.
