Hello beautiful one.

This practice is here for you to connect with your womb space or energetic womb space.

How often we walk through our day without taking a moment to drop in and connect with our body.

And this womb space that we have holds so much potency and power.

You can do this practice in the morning when you first wake up,

During the day when you need a moment to drop in and connect or in the evening.

It's here for you whenever you need it.

My suggestion is to do this in a seated position.

So go ahead and take a moment to make your way up to seated taking your time,

Perhaps stretching,

Breathing,

Beginning to tune in.

You can bring the eyes to a close or gently gaze in front of you.

And we'll begin with our breath,

Our point of creation,

Our beginning and our ending.

The first thing that we do when we enter this world is take a breath.

So letting the inhale come in and letting the exhale out.

And on your next inhale,

Can you inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth,

Maybe with a gentle audible sigh.

And on your next exhale when you exhale out the mouth,

Can you push the air out and imagine that it is flowing down over your body and into the earth.

As you inhale you're inhaling what you need in this moment,

New life,

Life force energy and as you exhale you are releasing what you do not need in this moment.

On your next exhale,

Begin to bring in some gentle subtle movement to the body,

Taking some circles with the torso,

With the upper body one way,

Making this as big or as fluid as you desire.

Noticing that when we slow it down and we pause and breathe,

How good a practice like this can feel,

How nourishing it can feel for the body.

And you can take your circles in the opposite direction,

Again making this as big and as fluid as you want.

Noticing if there are any areas that feel a little bit tight or are there any areas that feel a bit more loose.

Can you observe whatever is coming up for you in this space.

We're not here to fix,

We are simply here to observe,

To witness.

And if the desire to fix comes up,

That's okay.

You are only human.

It's allowed.

And coming to a pause,

Breathing this in,

Breathing this out,

Letting your hands hang heavy next to you or placing them gently on the legs with the palms facing up.

This is also an invitation here to take one hand,

Place it on the heart and the other hand,

Placing it on the belly.

On your next exhale,

Take your hands and place them ever so gently hovering right over your womb space.

Almost touching that area,

Maybe it's your skin,

Maybe it's your clothes,

Hovering right over it for this breath.

And giving yes to yourself,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

And after you have whispered yes,

Go ahead and place your hands right on that womb space.

You can give a gentle circle,

A gentle massage if that feels good.

And noticing how the heat from your hands feels against this part of your body.

And also allowing any sort of tender feelings that come through to come through.

We spend a lot of time rushing from place to place and so connecting with the body sometimes might feel a little bit tender.

My invitation is to go very slowly and to breathe into those tender spots.

Taking this next moment to listen,

To tune in.

Are there any messages for you in this moment?

Are there any messages that this space might be desiring to give to you?

And is there anything that you want to say to this space of yours,

To your womb space?

Perhaps it's an I see you,

I love you,

I'm here,

I'm listening.

Whatever it might be,

Can you send that message to yourself?

And finally,

Completing this practice by bringing the hands to the heart.

And just as we did before,

Hovering the hands right over the heart for a moment.

Exhaling,

Releasing the hands down onto the chest.

Holding this message,

Holding this feeling that you have inside of you.

Exhaling it out,

Letting it expand and fill you up.

And completing this practice with a thank you.

Thank you to your heart.

Thank you to your womb.

Thank you to this vessel that is here with you.

I see you.

I love you.

I thank you.

And knowing that this is all a practice,

A practice that you get to come back to whenever you need to.

Thank you.
