Dan Goldfield

"I was given Buddhist lineage in 2018, but I'm not Buddhist (and nor was the Buddha)." —Dan Goldfield Dan started teaching when his mother attempted to take her own life. He helped her find peace, then he started helping friends, then strangers. Since then, Dan's students have overcome addictions, depressions, traumas and achieved great personal, relational and worldly successes—not by employing effortful spiritual practices but, rather, by realizing peace, clarity and effectiveness as their default mode. Dan teaches in plain language so that all may understand. He lives in Bristol, UK with his wife, a neuropsychologist.

easier said than done when you have health issues that affect your ability to do certain tasks but I appreciate the mindset 👌🏻

My takeaway: A tiny bit gladder. Pay it forward. Grey cloud cramped in small picture frame analogy. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

My takeaway: Relaxing in this moment is preparation for the next . I'm usually an audio quality snob but this amateur recording grabbed my attention because the speaker has wisdom to impart. I will likely try some of the poorly recorded tracks too based on the cleaner ones. A diamond in the rough. :) KEY: 5*Insightful 4*Interesting 3*Okay 2*Not For Me 1*Irritating
