Your Healing Orbs Of Light

This meditation is just over fifteen minutes in total and came to me while I was deep into another meditation. We begin by anchoring you in Earth's energy, then opening your crown chakra (spiritual energy center) to connect you to higher consciousness. Together, these form a channel for powerful healing. You then create orbs of healing energy in your palms, combine them to amplify their power, and then spread them widely through your aura to anyone who needs them, including you.
