
Relax To A Snurr (Snore + Purr) In Four Minutes, No Music

This meditation is just over four minutes. It's a quick way to relax during the day whenever you need a break. It is based on the natural sounds of our cat, Pip (that's his photo), as he slept up against me. I call the sound a "snurr," which is a mixture of a snore and a purr. I find it extremely centering and relaxing, and hope you do, too. This version is just the snurring, and there is another version with background music. Whichever you choose, breathe naturally and comfortably, try to focus on the rhythm of the "snurr," and allow your mind to clear.
