Meeting Interdimensional Beings For Peace And Wisdom

This meditation is just over twenty-one minutes in total. The first few minutes are spent explaining interdimensional beings, followed by a grounding in Earth's energy, and then opening the crown chakra to assist with higher connection. Then, we go through a portal to another, amazing dimension where you might meet your Spirit Guides or other interdimensional beings. Be open to their wisdom, and trust when and how they impart it.

I enjoyed the grounded and connected sense I felt after letting go of expectations and mental chatter. The golden light imagery came vividly to me. I may or may not have met interdimensional beings--I can't say. But I had a very peaceful sleep immediately following.
