You will learn why your body is not working against you but trying to guide you, how pain and fatigue are actually forms of communication, and a simple practice to reconnect with your body and hear its wisdom. Through breathwork and guided reflection, you will be invited to pause, listen, and begin trusting your body again. When you stop fighting your body, you unlock a level of energy, focus, and health that no amount of effort can replace. Your body already knows. Now it is your turn to remember.
