Hey my love,
So I've got the question on what does it mean to live in alignment with my true frequency and how do I even recognize when I'm shifted out of it?
And what really really helped me to align myself with my soul is,
Well first of all I think there are different steps of knowing what it feels like to be in alignment and to know what alignment even is even means to you.
And to be in alignment we first of all have to know what we stand for,
Who our soul is and what we believe in.
And to do that I looked deep into myself and got to know the values I inherited in my life.
And these can change a little bit over time but deep down in your core you have values that make you feel in alignment or out of alignment.
And those values,
Like what I really want you to do is,
I do have a course on it,
It's Remember Your Greatness on Insight Timer but you can also go onto Google or GGBT and you google a list of values and then you will see freedom,
Growth,
Happiness,
Family,
Kindness,
Fairness,
Love,
Just different values stated there.
And I want you to mark or write down the values that feel good to you,
That you feel connected to.
And then you go deeper and deeper and you take only the three values out of it that mean the most to you.
For me this is freedom,
It is love and it is courage right now in my lifetime.
And so I know that everything that I do,
Every decision that I make,
Every new experience that I'm about to experience,
I know that what I want to do has to be aligned with being free,
It has to be aligned with love,
It has to be in alignment with stepping out of my comfort zone,
With doing something new so something greater can come.
And I feel like this is knowing when you're in alignment or not.
It is this good feeling within your belly when you achieve,
When you feel light and when you feel good and warm and calm.
And then there's this other feeling when you're out of alignment,
When you feel like your chest is getting tired,
You're,
You feel,
You feel as if you would weigh 200 pounds and you feel sick to your belly.
This is when you're out of alignment and then what you can do is to take out your values and your ask.
For example when you're,
When you're having to take a decision in your job,
If you want to take this new responsibility in your job and you don't know what to do about it,
Then you write down your values and for example when your value is freedom you write down what in this job is going to give me freedom,
What is aligned with freedom.
It's maybe the hours that you have to work,
It's maybe,
Maybe the money that you got for a new responsibility.
This brings freedom into your life,
Maybe.
And then you also write down when I take this job what is taking away freedom from me.
And then you know exactly if this new opportunity is something that is aligned with your heart or not.
And sometimes to see that it's not aligned we have to make this huge decision on not taking on some more responsibility or something that,
That society would tell you like wow you should do it,
This is like amazing,
This is a great opportunity.
But in your heart you know that it's not aligned with your values,
It's not aligned with who you are.
And that is only because this is not your path.
And every single time in my experience that I have,
I said no to something that society told me it would be the most amazing thing to do.
But my heart said no and I've stood up for myself.
Something greater was waiting around the corner that was fully aligned with who I am.
So I really want to encourage you to get to know your values and to live by them.
It will make life so much easier,
It stops overthinking,
It stops making bad decisions.
It's just lighter.
