How does it feel like to have this love inside of you?
It maybe has a color or a texture,
This love may have a face,
A melody,
A smell this love is always within you,
It is always there because it is you,
You are made of this energy,
Of this emotion,
Love is not only all around you,
It is within you and it takes only seconds to bring it up again and again,
Sometimes we story it deep down in the back of our mind,
Deep down in our belly and we forget all about it and then there happens something and it comes up,
We feel the love again,
It may be the laugh of our child,
A compliment or just something that makes you laugh and then we think that this love is only outside of us,
That we need to find something out there to feel this love,
When actually we are made of this love we run on this love,
It is our life force energy and the moment you start to embrace this love,
When you let every cell of your body be filled with love and gratitude,
Then your whole life will mirror this back to you imagine any situation right now in your life where you struggle,
Just one situation,
Imagine it feel the weight of it,
The challenges,
The doubts,
The anxiety,
The worries and now just for a second,
Again breathe in love into your heart,
Breathe it in and with your exhale let it drop deeper into your heart,
Anchor it in,
Again breathe in love,
Breathe it in love and exhale and again think of the same situation and how do you approach this situation out of love,
When this energy is your guiding force how does the situation turn around,
How do you react now,
What decisions do you make out of love how do people react to you,
When you act out of love love is the greatest energy of the universe and you are made of it remember it,
It is always there for you,
