Good morning.

If you feel like you're doing everything,

You're eating right,

Moving your body,

Taking care of yourself,

But your belly fat just won't go down,

Then this is for you.

This is a visualization that speaks directly to your body's intelligence,

Not with pressure,

But with energy and tension and geometry.

You'll be working with two spinning pyramids in your lower belly.

The practice only takes three minutes,

Because three is a sacred number that represents alignment,

Completion,

And creation.

If you do this every morning on a fasted belly for three months,

Everything will begin to shift.

Your energy,

Your digestion,

Your body's shape,

Your relationship with your center.

Some people feel a difference within a week,

But three months rewires the foundation.

So here's what we will do.

You visualize a blue double pyramid in your belly.

One pyramid points up,

The other points down.

Together,

They form your light body structure,

Also called the Merkaba.

This outer structure spins clockwise.

Inside it,

You visualize a smaller green pyramid spinning counterclockwise.

So the blue double pyramid on the outside,

And inside of it,

A smaller green double pyramid spinning counterclockwise.

The two pyramids spinning in opposite directions create a torsion field,

An energetic vortex that clears stuck emotional energy,

That releases protective fat around the belly.

It activates your nervous system and your metabolism,

And it pulls your body into coherence and power.

This is light technology.

It's not wishful thinking.

So let's begin.

Sit or lie comfortably.

Place one hand on your belly and close your eyes.

Take one deep breath into your center.

Visualize a glowing blue pyramid pointing upward in your lower belly.

Let it begin to spin clockwise,

Gently and steadily.

Now visualize a second blue pyramid pointing downward,

Spinning together with the first,

Forming a radiant double pyramid around your center.

Inside that structure,

Place a smaller green pyramid spinning counterclockwise.

This is your healing core.

Now breathe into the spin.

Clockwise blue and counterclockwise green.

Let the geometry move with your breath and stay here for three minutes.

Now let the pyramids slow.

Keep them glowing inside your belly.

Place both your hands on your abdomen.

Take one last final breath.

Slowly open your eyes and drink a lot of water today.

I would like to try, but I'm a bit confused is this movement of piramids clockwise and anticlockwise as if the clock is on the wall (vertical) or lying on a table (horizontal)?
