So the blue double pyramid on the outside,
And inside of it,
A smaller green double pyramid spinning counterclockwise.
The two pyramids spinning in opposite directions create a torsion field,
An energetic vortex that clears stuck emotional energy,
That releases protective fat around the belly.
It activates your nervous system and your metabolism,
And it pulls your body into coherence and power.

Take one deep breath into your center.
Visualize a glowing blue pyramid pointing upward in your lower belly.
Let it begin to spin clockwise,
Gently and steadily.
Now visualize a second blue pyramid pointing downward,
Spinning together with the first,
Forming a radiant double pyramid around your center.
Inside that structure,
Place a smaller green pyramid spinning counterclockwise.

Now breathe into the spin.
Clockwise blue and counterclockwise green.

Now let the pyramids slow.
