I know,
The world feels heavy right now.
Economies shifting,
Systems breaking down,
The value of things changing.
And with it,
Life can start to feel uncertain.
Like the ground beneath you isn't holding in the same way it used to.
And in the middle of all of that,
There is this pressure,
Right?
To step up,
To push through,
To carry it,
Not just for yourself,
But for everyone around you,
Like you have to be the strong one,
The one who keeps it all together.
But it gets exhausting,
Because at some point you're tired.
You just want time to pause,
To be still,
To not think,
To not fix anything,
Just to breathe.
And it feels like even that,
To rest,
Is something that you have to earn.
But I want to tell you something today.
This weight you're feeling,
It's not coming from outside.
Yes,
The world is loud,
And yes,
There are things happening you can't control.
But the heaviness,
That feeling of carrying it all,
That comes from the belief that you have to do it alone.
And you don't.
There will always be challenges.
There will always be things outside of you that shake and change and fall apart.
But you get to choose your relationship to it.
You are not here to be crushed by the mountain.
You are here to remember that you are bigger than it.
These things that show up in your life,
The hard stuff,
The messy stuff,
They show up because you have the capacity to grow through them.
Not to be punished,
Not to be tested,
But to rise.
To remember your strength,
To meet yourself more deeply,
To evolve.
Every so-called problem is an invitation to shift your perspective,
To look closer,
To find where you've been outsourcing your power and pull it back.
You can look at the world and feel hopeless.
Or you can look at it and ask,
What is this trying to grow in me?
You get to choose that every time.
So if it feels like a lot right now,
That's totally okay.
But don't let the weight convince you that you're not capable,
Because you are.
Try this.
Write down everything that feels hard right now.
And for each one,
Ask yourself,
What is good about it?
What is the gift here?
What is this stretching inside me?
Because your life doesn't change from the outside.
It changes from how you look at it.
It changes from inside of you.
You're not what's happening around you.
You're the one who gets to decide what it means.
And that's where your freedom lives.
