Welcome to this body positivity meditation.
I'm glad that you joined.
Today it's all about loving and embracing the body that is our home.
It's to remember all the good things our body is doing for us every single day and to be grateful.
So let's get started.
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Wiggle your shoulders and your neck until you're comfortable and then slowly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Lengthen your spine and with your breathing out let go of any tension in your shoulders and in your neck.
Take another deep breath in,
Hold a second at the top and let go.
Let go of the tension between your eyebrows,
The tension in your jaw,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your belly and let become your legs heavy.
It's time to remember that our body is the home for our soul.
We chose this body to have the opportunity to fulfill our purpose here on earth.
Our body consists of the divine loving energy of the universe.
It's filled with love and high frequencies.
We are so blessed to have this body to take on every challenge,
To wake up every single morning.
Our body does so much for us.
Its healing potentials are bigger than we ever expected.
Our body is so much stronger with a loving force inside of it to heal everything on its own.
When we come here to earth our body is filled with all this love,
With all this energy,
Is filled with light and with wonder.
We are healthy,
We have everything that we need inside of us and while we go on living our life we have so many things that we take on into our body.
Our thoughts,
Our nutrition,
The people around us,
The experiences that we make.
Every positive thought,
Every positive experience manifests in a loving high frequency into our body.
It fills it with love,
With action,
With nourishment.
At the same time every negative thought,
Every negative experience manifests as sickness in our body.
So it's time for us to focus on these positive things,
On this positive experiences that bring those high frequencies in our body.
Every thought that we think vibrates on a different frequency and when we think these positive thoughts that fulfill ourselves with love,
With action,
With excitement,
With enthusiasm,
It manifests in our body with light,
With love,
With space.
So it's time to focus on these things.
Time to bring in food that nourishes our body,
To bring in more sleep that our body can rest,
To hydrate it with good water.
It's on us to cherish and to nourish our body.
It represents and mirrors exactly the way that we treat it,
With our thoughts,
With our actions,
With our movement and our experiences.
The more movement that feels good to us we give it,
The more nourishing healthy whole foods we feed it with,
The more positive thoughts that we manifest in our body,
In ourselves,
The better we feel.
Our body is here to give us the opportunity to fulfill our purpose,
To fulfill the reason that we chose to come here.
Take a moment here to truly connect to your body and to say thank you.
Thank you for every single day that you're walking me through my day.
Thank you for every single day that you are healthy.
Thank you for every single day you make my heart pound.
Thank you for every cell in my body that transforms the food that comes in into energy.
Thank you for every fat cell in my body that keeps me warm and safe.
Thank you for all the mechanisms that work in my subconscious mind without thinking.
Thank you that I breathe.
Thank you for these healing potentials in my body,
For the fever that I get when I get sick that wants to heal me.
Thank you for the detoxifying our body is doing every single day.
Take one more moment to immerse yourself in the emotions that arise.
Focus onto your heart.
See this gratitude,
The love and the light of your body.
What color is it?
With every breath that you take,
This color is getting brighter.
These emotions are getting bigger and bigger and you can see them take up space throughout your whole body until your whole body is sparkling and represents the love and the light within you.
Maybe there's a smile on your face now.
You know that when you open your eyes,
Your eyes are sparkling,
Filled with love and divine healing energy of the universe.
Your body is your home,
Here to protect you,
Here to keep your soul safe.
It's on you to nourish it.
Slowly take another deep breath in and as you exhale slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes and when it feels right for you,
Open your eyes back to the world around you.
