Aquarius is an air sign that represents intellect and innovation for the collective.
Its ruling planet,
Uranus,
Is associated with sudden or unexpected changes.
Knowing this,
We will use the element of air to ground into our body.
To begin,
Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.
It is possible during this meditation that you may get distracted or have any to-do lists,
Ideas,
Or sensations arise in your body.
And when that does,
All you have to do is return back to your breath.
Aquarius is connected to the circulatory system in your body.
Using your breath as a tool to center and anchor yourself,
Imagine that each inhale invigorates your lungs with oxygen and nutrients.
And with each exhale,
Your body is removing any waste that is no longer serving you.
Slowly guide your attention from your ankles to your calves and shins,
Up your knees and thighs,
Paws,
And your hips,
To your torso,
Noticing the rising and falling of your belly.
Focusing your attention on your hands,
On your shoulders,
Across your chest and neck,
Up until the top of your head.
With your next inhale,
Imagine what it would feel like to embrace innovation and welcome new ideas into your life.
Now imagine the interconnectedness of your body and the energy that flows through you to the collective.
Take note on how your uniqueness impacts humanity.
With an understanding that surprises are opportunities for growth,
Can you meet changes in this season with gratitude and excitement?
Let whatever information came to you during this meditation be absorbed in your body.
Let the themes of innovation,
Intellect,
Collective,
Surprises,
Or changes be absorbed into the muscles,
To the tendons,
To the ligaments,
And to your bones,
Deep into the trillions of cells in your body.
