What if all you need to break this story is to take the first step, Stepping forward in doubt but curious? Lean into the fear and let it make you feel alive. Rewrite the story that you want to live. Rewrite it every time you are confronted with the confinement of a story that doesn't fit the wild, Radiant, Alive you that you are destined to know.

Very nice! I love a short and sweet meditation packed with meaning, which this one was! I did have some difficulty with hearing as the music was a bit too loud for me, drowning out the sweet voice of the teacher.
