Welcome,
Beloved.
In this moment of confusion or chaos or wherever you feel that you are,
Let us take a moment to reflect and ground.
How can you use this moment,
This chaos,
This situation as momentum to drive you deeper into your unshakable center?
You are like an arrow,
How it is pulled back,
Compacted under pressure.
But it's with this pressure that builds the immense momentum to drive the arrow forward.
Where are you aiming yourself toward?
With all this momentum,
Can you point it in the direction,
Just in the direction of compassion,
Unconditional love,
In the direction towards the remembrance of your unshakable core.
There is no destination you must arrive at to aim in this direction.
Just breathe in and out.
Breathing in,
Filling the lungs,
Expanding through the ribs and the belly,
And exhale slowly,
Contracting,
Emptying yourself.
And continue to recalibrate yourself as best as you can through the strong winds towards the direction of peace.
This is temporary,
And at the same time,
This momentum can be used to further yourself towards the direction you would like to go in.
This temporary challenge now becomes an opportunity.
What a gift all this power when wielded to drive you deeper into finding love,
Forgiveness and patience.
What an opportunity to realize yourself even more,
That no matter how much stress and tension you may be put under,
There is still an evergreen resiliency inside of you.
Look now for the unchangeable place inside of you.
The part of you that is untouched by the idea of stress or rush or problem.
The part of you that is able to still smile.
The part that is beneath the sound of the mind.
Just breathe,
And listen for the part of you existing in silence.
What remains after waves of thought wash through you,
Coming and filling you,
Then going,
And you are empty once again.
This is the part of you to realize repeatedly.
If you tune in with open ears and a willingness to let go,
You can arrive into the center of your soul,
Resting in the home of unshakable peace.
Low breath,
Simple and steady,
Focused on each sensation,
Each subtle sensation,
Letting it fill your awareness,
Washing through you.
The rhythmic sound of oxygen entering and exiting your warm living body.
Bring your hands to touch your skin.
Feel the edges of this vessel that houses you.
Recognize the sweet simplicity of this body.
Breathing.
Alive.
Resting in the moments between inhale and exhale.
Suspended in the sweetness of the in-between.
Swaddled in the unknown,
And knowing,
You do not have to know.
You can simply be held in the mystery,
But only when you surrender to it.
