Begin this meditation by closing your eyes.
Allow your neck and shoulders to relax,
Releasing any tension they might be storing,
As you shift your focus to the present moment.
As you do so,
See yourself somewhere in nature.
This can be a forest,
A desert,
A mountain range,
Whatever brings the most joy to you.
Take several deep breaths,
And release them slowly.
However you are positioned,
Sense that you are being supported by the earth.
You are not only supported,
But you are loved and you are worthy.
Focus on your breath and allow yourself to relax.
Your spine is straight,
Your hands are completely relaxed.
Continue to breathe mindfully as you feel yourself rooting into the earth and into the core of the earth.
The energy flows up through the mantle of the earth and into your feet,
Traveling up until it reaches your crown chakra.
See this energy also forming around you as you further your connection to nature and spirit.
Blessed be the element of air,
Provider of the breath of life.
Blessed be the element of fire,
Provider of compassion and might.
Blessed be the element of water,
The constant flow of energy.
Blessed be the element of earth,
Strong support for all forms of life.
To the universe and all living things.
Spirit before me,
Spirit behind me,
Spirit to the right of me,
Spirit to the left of me,
Spirit above me,
And spirit below me,
Bless my intentions and keep me safe.
As you open yourself up to divine love,
You might choose to perform the lotus mudra by keeping the heels of your palms touching,
Your little fingers touching,
And your thumbs touching while you splay your palms.
Your index,
Middle,
And ring fingers fan out from one another.
Feel yourself tapping into the energetic qualities of compassion,
Forgiveness,
Affection,
And loving kindness.
Feel your spirit rising,
Your inner light shining brightly.
The light radiating from you right now is the light of the divine that exists in all living things.
Allow this divine light to first go inward and bring synchronicity,
Forgiveness,
And loving kindness to yourself.
You are aware of where and why healing is most needed as a spirit.
Take a few moments now to see,
Sense,
And feel this healing and nourishment taking place within you.
Take your time.
Once you are feeling synchronized,
Spend a few moments considering ways you are able to bring synchronicity,
Forgiveness,
And loving kindness to those around you.
Perhaps these include your thoughts,
Words,
Or intentions.
Take your time.
Now spend a few moments appreciating the divine light that flows from your spirit.
As above,
So below.
Spirit and matter in a dance so slow.
As within,
So without.
Great mystery that spirals in and out.
When you are ready,
Allow any unused energy you have gathered to slowly return to Earth knowing that it will be there for you whenever you need it again.
At your own pace,
Begin bringing subtle movements into your fingers and toes and eventually into the rest of your body.
When you are ready,
Take another deep breath and open your eyes joyfully.
