Hello beautiful people,

I am Christina and welcome to this learning to love myself meditation.

This is a meditation designed to guide you into loving and accepting yourself as you are now.

You are worthy of love as you are now.

The intention is not to change,

Fix,

Judge,

Control,

Explain or solve.

It is to accept that you are lovable just as you are now.

As the divine mess,

The perfect beautiful storm that you are.

You are enough as you are now.

There is no need to work so hard to be loved.

Love is unconditional and accepting.

I am not perfect and I am still worthy of love.

So I will love myself with every step and every breath.

I choose to say yes to love more and fear less.

Join me as I guide you throughout this whole session.

To begin,

Please find a comfortable,

Quiet place that you can feel safe in.

A place where you will not be disturbed.

A place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

Listen to what your body needs right now and get yourself as cozy as possible.

When you are ready,

I invite you to take a deep breath in.

When you are ready,

I invite you to take a deep breath in.

Allow the eyes to gently close.

Exhaling out slowly as you feel the sweet heaviness in your body as you release into this beautiful moment that is here and now.

Pause.

Slow down.

Soften and breathe.

Feel your body moving with your breath as you allow for air to fill up your belly,

Your lungs and your chest.

Exhaling out slowly,

Releasing the air from the chest,

Lungs and belly.

Breathing in slowly,

Letting your body move,

Filling up with air and contracting as you exhale.

I'm going to start with a gentle body scan,

Noticing the sensations in your body.

Noticing if you feel heavy,

Tight,

Hot,

Cold,

Light,

Free,

Spacious,

Held.

Grounded.

And where in the body do you feel these sensations?

Noticing both polarities,

Light and heaviness,

Pleasant and hard.

Now notice how you feel,

What emotions you feel.

Notice the heavy emotion.

And then notice the lighter,

More positive emotion.

Notice that you can feel both opposite emotions at the same time.

But the mind tends to focus on the heavier one.

So allow your attention to direct your focus to what is the opposite of that emotion and where do you feel it in your body.

Name what you're feeling.

Label it.

Acknowledge any and all emotions that arise in the present moment and let them be.

Surrender to what is,

To what you're feeling without judgment,

Without trying to control it or push it away.

There are no good or bad emotions,

They are just part of you.

Simply feel the emotion in your heart space.

Feel it like a wave and let it flow.

Allow it to just be there and just feel it.

Acknowledge if there is pain,

Sadness or fear.

Feel that feeling without letting the mind spin into stories.

The story doesn't matter,

Only the feeling.

I feel pain right now and that's okay.

This moment is hard but I allow myself to feel it because I know it will pass.

Slow down,

Soften and breathe.

How can I be as loving as possible to myself right now?

What is it I need?

I invite you to wrap your arms around your belly,

Wrap them tightly and give yourself a hug.

Hold yourself and offer yourself compassion.

I am still worthy even if I don't see it right now.

I am still worthy even if no one sees me right now.

I am here to love myself with every breath,

Every step and in every second.

I am worthy of love even when I'm afraid.

I am worthy of love even when I make mistakes.

I am worthy of love even when I am a mess.

I am worthy of love as I am.

I am enough as I am.

I love myself.

I accept myself as I am in this moment.

I appreciate me for everything that I have been through,

Everything that I am currently going through and everything that I am.

I have a deep affection and appreciation for myself no matter what.

May I always return to the love and stillness within me.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Pause,

Slow down,

Soften and breathe.

Taking slow deep breaths,

Feeling the body moving as you breathe.

Take a few moments to feel your body as a whole.

Sensing the rise and fall,

The ebb and flow of your abdomen with each in-breath and each out-breath.

Gently begin to sweep the body as you direct your attention to your toes.

See if you can channel your breathing to them so it feels as if you are breathing in through your toes and out through your toes.

Feeling the sensation in your toes expand and contract with every deep breath.

And allow yourself to send love to each toe.

Sending love to each body part as we move up through the body.

Feeling into your feet,

Loving your feet.

Feeling into your ankles,

Loving your ankles.

Feeling into the lower parts of your leg,

Loving every inch of your leg.

Feeling into your knees,

I love my knees.

Feeling into your upper leg,

Loving your upper leg.

Feeling into your hips,

Loving your hips.

Feeling into your belly,

Loving your belly.

Feeling into your lower back,

Sending love to your lower back.

Feeling into your abdomen,

Loving your abdomen.

Feeling into your chest,

Loving your chest.

Feeling into your middle back,

Loving your middle back.

Feeling into your upper back,

Your shoulder blades,

Loving your upper back.

Feeling into your shoulders,

Loving both shoulders.

Feeling into your arms,

Loving your armpits,

Loving the upper part of your arm.

Loving your elbows,

Loving your lower part of your arm.

Feeling into the palms of your hands and your fingers,

Loving each hand and each finger.

Feeling into the neck,

Loving the neck,

The back,

The front and the sides.

Feeling into your jaw,

Loving your jaw,

Your teeth,

Your mouth,

Your lips,

Your tongue.

Loving your cheeks,

Loving your ears.

Loving your nose,

Your eyes,

Your eyebrows.

Feeling into your forehead as it melts away,

Loving your forehead,

Loving your forehead,

Loving your head,

Loving your hair,

Loving your whole body,

Inside and out.

And sending love to each organ in your body,

Loving your brain,

Loving your heart,

Your lungs,

Loving your kidneys,

Your stomach,

Your liver.

Loving your bladder,

Your intestines.

Loving your whole being,

Inside and out.

Loving each cell in your body,

Each muscle,

Every bone.

Loving your whole body,

Inside and out.

And loving all of your emotions.

I love my fear,

I love my pain,

I love my sadness,

I love my anger,

I love my shame,

I love my mistakes,

I love my seriousness,

I love my overthinking,

My worry and my anxiety.

I love my peace,

I love my joy,

I love my silliness,

My playfulness.

I love me,

I love all my hard emotions and all parts of me that I hide away.

I love me through the good times and the difficult times.

No one knows me like I do and no one can love me as much as I can.

And feel your whole being,

Feeling love for your whole being.

Feel this energy,

This warm embrace of love wrapping your whole being,

Your whole body from inside out.

Taking a deep breath into the nose,

Filling up the whole body,

Opening up the mouth and exhaling to let go what no longer serves you.

Release and let go.

Deep inhale,

Slow release.

Allow yourself to feel this loving energy within you as you give permission for yourself to rest,

To accept you as you are,

To accept this moment as it is even if it is hard.

Life is always working for you,

Not against you.

If it is hard right now,

It is for a reason.

Trust that it will pass,

Trust that you will be okay.

I invite you to rest in this position if you need rest.

Otherwise,

Slowly start to move,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Moving the arms and the legs,

Unrolling your shoulders,

Moving your neck,

Stretching the body.

You are exactly where you need to be and you are deeply and profoundly loved.

Gently,

When you are ready,

There is no rush,

Slowly opening the eyes or continue to rest here.

Thank yourself for all that you are.

You are worthy of love,

So love yourself every second.
