Hello beautiful people,

I am Kristina and welcome to this journey called I accept all parts of me,

Even the hard parts.

Please settle into this practice so we may begin.

Arrange yourself into a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Arrange your body so you feel completely supported,

So you can rest and restore.

Allow your legs to be apart,

Arms away from your body or if you are seated,

Gently resting on your lap.

Place an eye mask over your eyes to ease the tension in your brain.

Close the eyes and open your imagination.

Allow yourself to simply daydream.

And before we begin,

I want to invite you to pause.

A pause for yourself,

For your body,

For your heart.

Sometimes we really want to rush through life,

But what if we can see our greatness in the slow times,

In the quieter seasons where we relax a little and trust that everything will work out.

So when you are ready,

Let us begin.

Close the eyes and let yourself go.

Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

Arrive fully in this moment,

Letting everything else melt away.

Settle in the space,

Allowing your body to soften,

Surrendering to the earth beneath you.

Feel the quiet support beneath your spine,

Knowing you are held and you are safe.

Let your breath deepen,

Flowing effortlessly in and out.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to change,

Just be here,

Present.

Take a few moments to feel the body as a whole.

Sense the rise and fall of the abdomen with each in-breath and each out-breath.

Gently begin to sweep the body as you do a body scan,

Starting from your toes all the way up to your head.

And as you direct your attention to your toes,

See if you can channel your breathing to them as well.

So it feels as if you are breathing into your toes and out from your toes.

As you feel your toes,

Feel and love each toe,

Each part of your body,

Sending love to every corner of your body.

And move slowly to your feet,

Feeling your feet,

Loving your feet.

Feeling the lower part of your legs,

Loving the lower part of your legs.

Feeling your knees,

Loving your knee.

Feeling your thighs,

Loving your thighs.

Feeling your hips,

Loving your hips.

Feeling your belly,

Loving your belly.

Feeling your chest,

Loving your chest.

Feeling your back,

Loving your back.

Feeling your spine from the base to the top of your head,

Loving your spine.

Feeling your shoulders,

Softening and loving your shoulders.

Feeling your arms,

Hands and fingers,

And loving every part of your arms.

Feeling your neck,

Your throat,

Your voice,

And loving your neck,

Your throat,

Your voice.

Feeling your face,

Soften and loving every part of your face,

From your mouth to your nose,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your ears.

Feeling your head,

Loving your head,

Softening the forehead,

The top of your head,

And the back of your head.

Sending love to each internal organ,

Loving your brain,

Loving your thoughts,

Loving your lungs,

Loving your heart,

Loving your kidneys,

Loving your stomach,

Your liver,

Your bladder,

Your intestines.

Feel your whole body from the inside out,

And feeling this powerful,

Unconditional love for your whole body.

For your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body,

And your energetic body.

Loving your whole being.

Take a moment to find the centre where you feel comfortable in your spine.

Finding the length of your body stretched out on the floor.

The back of your body rooted to the ground as the energy transcending.

Spiralling up the entire spinal column to the crown of your head and beyond.

This is your dignity,

Your self-worth.

You are worthy for simply being who you are.

Visualise your body creating roots downward into the earth.

Feel yourself lengthening in both directions,

To the earth and to the sky.

And let yourself continue to grow through the crown of your head,

Towards the heavens,

To the sky.

Quietly repeating to yourself,

I am worthy,

I am worthy,

I am worthy.

And now imagine you have wings behind your back.

Spreading them horizontally to the side.

This is your width.

Imagine these wings expanding for as far as you can see,

For as far as you can visualise.

This represents your belongingness and connection in this world.

As if these wings are arms embracing the people,

The beings,

The plants,

The animals all around you.

Continue to reach sideways as you repeat after me.

I belong,

I belong,

I belong.

Feeling into your depth,

Visualise the front side of your body extending forward.

At the same time the back of your body reaches far behind you.

Your depth represents safety as you breathe in.

Your belly expanding into your ribcage.

The breath is expanding to the front and to the back of your body.

With every breath that you breathe in,

You are safe.

Letting go of all that no longer serves you.

And gently repeating to yourself,

I am safe,

I am safe,

I am safe.

As you bring your attention to your length,

To your width and to your depth.

This is your wholeness,

Your aliveness,

Your whole being.

Recall your intention,

Your heartfelt desire in this moment.

Bring your awareness to the space all around you.

Feel into the vast open space of your being,

A sanctuary of your soul.

As you imagine that right at the centre there is a radiant white light shimmering like a star.

Opening up from above you.

See it pouring down a cascade of white light of unconditional love.

This light is ancient,

Eternal,

Pure,

Powerful healing.

It sees you,

It knows you,

It holds nothing back.

This love has no conditions,

No expectations,

No judgement.

It created you and it simply exists for you.

Because it is you.

Because you are worthy of love.

You are pure love and luminous light.

Give yourself permission to receive as you allow your chest to open and your heart to remain light.

Let yourself step into the waterfall of unconditional loving light.

Let it cascade down your body,

Pouring into your soul,

Filling up your being.

Let it cleanse you,

Let it rejuvenate you.

As you slowly step out of the light you start to see your sacred space fill up with all the different parts of you.

All your different parts gather around this light.

You see every part of you that has ever felt alone.

Afraid,

Frozen in time.

The parts that are still carrying pain.

The ones that never got to finish their stories.

They come forward one by one,

Stepping into the waterfall of unconditional love.

As you allow yourself to love every part of you.

As you welcome them in,

Embracing them with compassion,

Forgiveness and acceptance.

Because every part of you deserves to be loved.

Let in your fear,

Doubt,

Anger,

Shame,

Sadness and worry.

These are the parts of you crying out for love.

To feel like they matter.

Afraid of being imperfect.

Afraid of being unloved.

Tired of working so hard to be enough.

To feel accepted.

I see you.

I love you.

I am worthy even if no one sees it.

I approve of myself.

I am enough as I am.

See your womb self.

The first stirrings of life.

The baby self,

Reaching out for safety.

The child self,

Curious yet cautious,

Craving love.

The teenager self,

Raw,

Rebellious.

Tender,

Misunderstood.

The adult self,

Carrying the weight of years,

Searching for peace.

One by one,

They step into the waterfall of unconditional love.

The light washes over each version of you,

Drenching you in warmth,

In presence.

Here you are being held,

Acknowledged,

Accepted,

No longer alone.

Even the deepest wounds,

The forgotten pains,

The hidden shadows,

They belong here too.

They do not make you unworthy.

They do not make you broken.

They are simply parts of your story,

Waiting to be embraced and heard.

And so we welcome them all in.

Calling in your joy,

Your creativity,

Your peace,

Your kindness,

Your passion,

Your magic and your power.

Calling in every person who has ever been a part of your life.

Those who have loved you,

Even those who have hurt you,

Step forward.

Here there is only love.

This is not about judging or controlling.

This is not about fixing.

This is about staying.

About being the one who never leaves.

You are the one who stays.

You are the one always listening.

You are the one who keeps these parts safe.

You are the love you have always been searching for.

Beloving every part of you,

Every part of your story,

Is the only medicine you need.

As you welcome yourself back home fully.

I am paying close attention to me now.

I accept myself as I am in this moment.

I allow myself to be me,

Free to live a life I choose.

I appreciate everything I have been through and everything I am going through.

I have deep affection for myself no matter what.

Let these words settle deep into your bones.

Deep into your DNA.

Deep into the spaces where doubt once lived.

May peace and love fill the spaces in you where fear tries to grow.

Breathe in acceptance.

Breathe out resistance.

You are here.

You are worthy.

You are loved.

You are whole.

And you are free.

And when you feel ready,

Gently return to the center of your awareness.

Your mistakes are not your identity.

What defines you is the way you rise after falling.

The strength you show when in doubt.

And the love you continue to give yourself despite the stumbles.

A life fully lived is a life with scars.

Proof that you tried,

You learned and you grew.

I honor myself.

I love myself.

And I am worthy of my own kindness.

I deserve to feel safe in my mind,

To speak gently to my body and to be patient with myself.

Every step of the way.

I honor my journey because I have persevered even through the most difficult challenges.

I have grown,

I have learned and I am still here showing up every day.

I am strong,

I am worthy,

I am enough.

And I will continue to give myself the love and acceptance I deserve.

Slowly feel the rise and fall of your breath.

The steady presence of your body on the earth,

On the ground.

And slowly start to move,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Your arms and your legs.

Rolling your shoulders,

Stretching as if you are waking from a deep and restful sleep.

You are exactly where you need to be and you are deeply and profoundly loved.

This journey is now complete.
