Hello and welcome to this sacral chakra meditation.
I want to invite you to start this meditation by either lying down or staying in a seated position,
Closing your eyes and allow yourself just to land back into your body.
In this moment,
In this breath,
Softening your shoulders,
Softening your face,
Feeling the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.
The spine is straight and strong and your front is soft and open.
There's nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to do.
Breathe in deeply,
As big as you can,
And let go with a long and open exhale.
Allow your breath to become your anchor.
As you inhale,
Feel life filling you,
And as you exhale,
Release everything that is not yours to carry.
Feel the rhythm of your breath as if it's a gentle tide washing over you.
Inhale in,
Exhale out.
Inhale presence,
Exhale tension.
Inhale spaciousness,
Exhale doubt.
Begin to bring your awareness to the space just below your belly button,
Your navel.
This is your second chakra,
Your center of creativity,
Flow,
Emotion,
And trust.
Visualize a soft orange glow pulsing gently here,
Like a candle flame,
Warm and alive.
This is your inner sanctuary,
Your creative womb,
Your sacred space of expression and sensation.
I want to invite you to place one hand on this part of your body if it feels safe to do so.
Whisper silently or out loud,
I'm safe to feel,
I'm safe to express,
I'm safe to create.
Really notice how this feels in the body when you speak these words out loud,
Feeling the trust wash over you,
The trust of feeling,
Expressing,
And creating.
And just begin to bring your awareness to if there's still any lingering doubt,
Any stories that you're still holding onto in the mind,
The body,
The heart,
Or the soul that are saying that you are not enough.
Any judgment that you've carried about your art,
Your body,
Your voice,
And your gifts.
Let them gently rise without shame.
You're not here to banish them,
But you are here to see them and to love yourself anyway.
Love yourself through these doubts.
Love yourself through these judgments.
And imagine these old stories as stones in your hands,
Heavy,
Outdated,
And no longer needed.
And now imagine yourself gently placing them down beside you.
Take them off you.
You do not need them to create.
You do not need them to shine.
Again,
Choose to,
In a whisper or out loud,
Repeat after me.
I release the need to be perfect.
I release the belief that I must earn my worth.
I free myself from judgment and return to joy.
Scanning the body again to how you feel in the mind,
The body,
The heart,
And the soul by speaking those words out loud.
Feel into your creative essence now.
Not to perform,
Not to produce,
But to simply be with what lights you up.
What would you create if no one ever saw it?
What would you explore if there was no pressure to succeed?
What brings you alive just because it feels good?
And now allow yourself to imagine,
Feel,
Or hear any sensations that rise.
Maybe a color,
A texture,
A sound,
A memory,
A word of a time that you felt fully in flow.
What comes up?
Stay with it and breathe into it.
Let it fill your second chakra with aliveness.
Let it move through your hips,
Your womb,
And your belly.
This is your truth.
This is your magic.
This is your power.
You don't need a five-year plan.
You don't need a guarantee.
You're not here to prove anything.
You are just here to live fully.
To serve the world by being you.
Breathe into that truth.
Repeating again if you choose.
I don't create for an outcome.
I create because it's my soul speaking.
I don't have to know where this path is taking me.
I trust it is sacred.
I am sacred.
Let those words settle like gold dust into your bones and feel yourself standing taller.
Feeling lighter.
Feeling more you.
Bring your awareness now back to your breath and back to your body.
Visualizing that warm orange light from your second chakra expanding now through your whole being.
Glowing with radiance,
Joy,
And unapologetic expression.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
Gently stretch if it feels good.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes,
Look around your room.
I am art.
I am worthy.
I am ready.
Welcome back.
Your light is needed here.
