This week on the Bodhi Effect,
Coming home to your truth.
We'll begin by getting into a seated position or laying down on your back.
Begin by feeling yourself ground into the earth.
Begin by connecting to your breath.
Closing your eyes here.
Taking a big deep inhale,
Fill your heart and fill your belly.
Exhale,
Soften.

Begin to notice the sounds in your ears.
Notice the taste in your mouth.
Notice the temperature of your skin in areas where it may vary on the body.
Notice the shortness or the fullness of your breath.
Notice the tension,
The tightness that you may feel in your muscles.
Notice as you breathe into that tension and that tightness,
The way that your muscles can slowly begin to release.
Notice the organs beneath your skin,
The ways that they are working to help you feel alive.
Notice the tension in your jaw and the softness of your face.
Notice how as you get still,
Your worries and your judgments begin to slip away.
Notice your breath and the way that it makes you feel alive.
Notice how your smile brings you joy.
Notice how all of this is true right now in this moment.
Notice how your voice in your mind is there to make you feel better or worse about a situation.
Notice how it feels to lean away from this voice and lean into your truth and your trust that you are not your thoughts and that you are the one that hears them.
Notice the freedom that you feel inside as you surrender to the ways that life is unfolding.
Notice the soul that is trying to lovingly hold you and whispering in your ear to trust.
The truth is that life will unfold the way it is supposed to,
Regardless of what your worries,
Your fears,
Your judgments and your voice inside says about it.
I ask you,
Dear one,
Are you ready to stop living your life in fear?
Are you ready to start living your life with love?
You have a choice.
You have a choice on how you want to live your day.
You have the choice of choosing courage over comfort.
You have the choice of choosing trust over the unknown.
Choosing the right over the easy.
You have the choice to practice every day and work towards the inner peace,
Truth,
Joy and bliss that you deserve.
