My name is Kari.
Let's meditate together.
If you could close down your eyes,
Please.
And just take a few deep breaths.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Nice,
Big,
Deep,
Deep breaths.
Just to settle your energy.
To get you into the vibration that,
You know,
It's meditation time.
So clear your body with a few deep breaths.
And then when you've done that,
Come into a breathing that feels comfortable,
Something that feels nice and slow.
But not too strained,
Something comfortable for you.
And let's just have a moment to feel that breath.
Notice all the subtle.
Tiny little movements.
Pay attention to as tiny shifts in your body as you inhale.
And no tears.
The tiny little movements as you exhale.
Pull in your attention inward.
Let your shoulders relax away from your ears.
See if you can soften the muscles in your face.
Just think about relaxing your cheeks.
Open your jaw slightly so that your jaw can soften and relax and you're not tense.
Holding any tension right there.
And then let your eyebrows get heavy.
So the space around your eyes and across your forehead.
Softens and relaxes.
And then try and come into complete stillness.
Take all your focus.
And attention.
Onto your heartbeat if you can.
So as you're still and quiet like this,
It shouldn't take you very long to tap into.
Being able to feel.
Your heartbeat in your chest.
And as you take those long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
See if you can mindfully Slow.
Your heart down.
Just the slightest.
Connect with that beat and focus on slowing it down with this relaxing breath.
You're bringing into your body.
Feel that pulse of your heart.
If it's difficult for you to feel it.
On the pause.
On the stillness between your breaths.
Make that space just a little bit longer.
And then in that stillness,
You'll definitely feel your heartbeat.
Now taking it deeper.
Imagine that you're sinking into your own body and you're actually becoming a visitor in your heart,
In your heart space.
So in your own mind,
Imagine that You're there in the center.
Center.
Of your chest.
Inside.
A nice,
Warm,
Cozy cave.
The floor underneath you.
Let's have you sitting.
So sit down in there.
Just imagine this safe place inside of your heart center.
And the floor that you're sat on feels cool.
To touch.
Like cool tiles on a hot day.
And you can feel that cool earth underneath your sit bones.
The floor may be hard and solid,
But.
.
.
It doesn't matter.
The sensation of the coolness underneath your sit bones and that solid earth,
That solid ground feels really good.
Like somebody is holding you.
It feels safe.
And supportive.
And then once you've settled into that sensation,
Bring yourself back to the feeling that you're inside of your own heart center.
And your physical heart is right there over on the left.
And you can hear this,
But bombed.
But point.
The point.
And from this perspective inside of your own being.
It's like a shaman drum.
And the beat of your heart is like the waves of the ocean.
Soothing.
As if it's putting you into a slide.
Trance state.
Changing your brain frequency.
Mind to an alpha.
Where you get just a little bit floaty,
A little bit more spacious.
Just listen.
End.
This space.
Is like a metaphorical extension.
Of your own heart.
So maybe inside of this heart there's some sunshine.
Some happiness,
Right?
Maybe there's a place in the cave that the light shines through.
And the light is spacious and open and clean and refreshing.
Friendly.
Ever since.
The feels like.
Joy and happiness.
And that light comes shining into your cave.
But then there's areas in the cave maybe behind you or in the four corners that are darker.
More shadows.
Metaphorically representing some sadness or grief.
Maybe in one of the corners,
One of the sides of the cave,
There's an area that holds all your treasures.
All of your favorite memories and moments.
And as you think about it you can feel a couple of them bubbling up to the surface.
Of your mind.
Sweet sweet memories of.
Times that feel very dear and special to you.
Maybe there's a guy in the back on a Peloton,
You know,
And he's the one that keeps the heart beating.
Doing his work.
Just keeping it going.
But you get the picture.
This is your heart space.
And there's so much.
So much metaphorically.
In this space.
You want to make sure that this place is protected.
It's safe.
It can live and breathe and run and play and do whatever it wants to do,
But at the same time,
It's also a safe place and it's protected.
And it holds all your dearest,
Dearest memories.
So for you to feel completely at ease.
I'd like you to imagine that.
There's a pyramid.
Giant.
Pyramid.
Around your space outside.
The apex goes over and up over the top of your head.
Heart space.
And then the four corners around it.
And it's a permit.
Of light and within this pyramid.
Energy that's created is very protective and it has a high frequency coming from the apex at the top of the pyramid.
The actual geometric shape that is created by the pyramid creates a vortex of energy.
So in your mind's eye,
You can even step out of the scene and see yourself sat inside of your own little heart space there in the center of your chest.
And then if you step back,
You can see Brilliant.
Bright pyramid light all around that space protecting you.
Pyramid energy creates.
Female energy.
Energy.
It's very soft.
And nurture him.
But also at the same time we can be like a mummy lion.
We can be very Cali-like.
There's so much power within our female energy,
Regardless of whether you're male or female listening to this.
You're tapping into the yin energy of the vortex of the pyramid.
It sustains life.
It prolongs aging.
It protects.
Sustains.
It also changes the frequency of whatever is inside of it.
So if you want to feel more connected to spirit,
To lie to God.
To your intuition,
To your psychic abilities.
This pyramid.
The vortex and the frequency of it will get you there.
As well as.
Keep you safe and protected.
So knowing that you have your permit outside of your cave,
And inside of your cave,
You're surrounded with all that you hold in your heart.
See if you can just soften into that space.
Relax your shoulders even more.
Know that you're safe.
And just take a good,
Five breaths.
Breathing in.
Too.
3.
Fall.
Hold.
Breathe out.
2.
3.
Fall.
Breathe in.
Whole.
Breathe out.
Just keep that nice.
Calming pace in your breath for the next few breaths.
Completely relax.
See if you can imprint.
This visual in your mind.
Your beautiful heart space.
Like a warm,
Comfortable cave.
The pyramid of light around protecting.
See if you can keep a hold of this vision in your mind.
So that you can bring it back with you.
And reinforce it anytime you need.
To feel as if your heart is unsafe or not protected or vulnerable.
And you want to kind of.
.
.
Bring up that pyramid once again in your mind.
So that you can reinforce this energy in this state of being.
At any time.
Keep that vision with you.
I'm going to count to three and then you can very gently open your eyes and come back into this present moment.
1.
Too.
Three.
Coming back in,
Just allowing your body to feel.
Feel your body maybe whittle around a little bit just Get some movement so that you're back in fully.
So that you're grounded into your physical body.
But you can also keep this calmness with you.
For as long as necessary,
As long as you can keep a hold of it.
As you go about your day.
Namaste,
My friends.
