Welcome,
My name is Kari,
Let's meditate together.
For this meditation,
Just make sure that you're comfortable,
Seated,
Lying down,
Whatever you prefer.
Adjust your body and make sure that everything is just right before we start,
So that you feel okay being still and quiet for some time together.
If you haven't done so already,
Close your eyes,
Let's go inside.
Breathe and start to relax your body.
It doesn't matter what time of day it is that you're doing this meditation,
Let go of your day so far.
This is your time to do something good for yourself,
To heal your body or your mind.
Let your breathing fall into a relaxed,
Comfortable pace.
Don't try and change it in any way,
Just breathe normally.
And then we're going to take just one big deep breath and use that deep breath to switch our consciousness into a deeper,
Relaxed state.
And in through your nose,
Take a nice big deep breath all the way down to the base of your tummy.
Really fill your entire body up with your breath.
Hold your breath in that full space for a few seconds.
And then release completely.
Put your focus and attention on that point in the middle of your forehead.
Your physical eyes are closed already,
But now we're going into using our inner sight.
So as you focus on that point in the middle of your forehead,
Imagine you're staring out into that vast,
Dark,
Wide open space.
That space that's there in front of you full of possibilities.
Use your imagination and imagine that you're standing under a big,
Wide shower head.
You have your eyes closed and your head up towards the water.
The water is dripping down on the top of your head,
Your face,
Your body.
It's warm and soothing.
Imagine in this scenario that it's been a really long day.
It's the end of the day and you're showering off everything about your life.
You have a feeling of a need,
A desire to start afresh.
Everything in your life doesn't feel good.
Doesn't feel right.
Something is missing.
Maybe it's your job.
Maybe it's your relationship.
Maybe it's just you.
Something isn't right.
Something feels like it has to change.
This feeling in your body and in your energy is heavy and tiring and draining and you just want it to go away.
You need a new start.
This is all running through your mind as you stand under the shower.
Washing away your life so far.
Your day,
Your week,
This year.
Imagine you're just washing it away.
If that was possible,
That's exactly what you're doing right now.
You can feel the heaviness washing off your shoulders.
You can feel the darkness washing out of your heart center.
You can feel all the weight being washed off your back.
Your legs feel as if they're cleansing.
Everything feels as if you're washing away some dark heavy suit that you've been wearing.
Some dark heavy identity that you don't want anymore.
The sadness,
The frustration,
Feeling tired,
Disappointed.
All of it is washing away.
Imagine that.
And as you stand under the shower it's like you can feel yourself getting lighter,
Literally the weight of you feels lighter.
If you could see your energy it would be brighter.
The white of your eyes is clearing.
Your skin feels as if it's tightening.
Your body feels like it can finally breathe.
It's just wonderful.
Remember this is your meditation.
This is you in this moment right now.
It doesn't matter what your reality is.
It doesn't matter what's going to happen when you wake up.
It doesn't matter when you turn off listening to this,
To me.
None of that matters.
Right now you're in the moment pushing away everything that doesn't work in your life.
Just imagine you could do that.
Imagine that's exactly what we're doing.
You're doing it right now.
And it feels so good and you feel so free and so ready for a new start.
To start over for something different,
Something better.
You deserve something better.
Now this is where you really,
Really imagine.
Don't limit yourself.
Imagine in your mind that you turn off the shower.
You step out and see that you're in a completely new bathroom.
This is not your old bathroom.
This is your dream bathroom.
Everything about it is exactly how you would want it to be if there were no restrictions or limits on anything that you desired.
Just let yourself imagine your dream bathroom.
You're standing there on the bath mat in your towel looking around.
Feeling like this is where you belong.
The walls are exactly how you'd want them to be.
The decorations are exactly how you'd want them to be.
The size of the room is exactly how you would want it to be.
You walk out of the bathroom and walk into your bedroom.
Your new reality.
Imagine this bedroom is what you've always wanted.
The bed,
The covers,
The colors,
The shades,
Whatever.
It's everything that you deserve.
No limits,
Remember.
No limits.
This could be a castle if you wanted.
This could be a mansion.
This could be your tiny house.
Whatever your inner true desire is for your life and what you want it to look like,
You're making it happen with me right now in this moment.
Dream big.
Dream big right now.
You get dressed in the clothes that you've always wanted to wear.
You look amazing.
You feel amazing.
You feel like you have purpose.
You know yourself.
You know what you want.
You go for it.
You walk downstairs in your dream home.
Notice everything about it.
As you walk into the kitchen,
What's it look like?
What's it feel like?
What's it smell like?
What sounds do you hear?
Maybe you've got a beach house and you can hear the waves of the ocean in the background.
Maybe you live in the tropics and you can hear all the different wilderness speaking and morning talks to you,
The birds,
The animals.
Maybe it's pure silence and it's wonderful.
In the kitchen,
Your dream partner is making breakfast.
They are everything that you have ever desired.
Let your heart open.
Let your mind play.
Just be with me now in this moment and see your ideal,
Perfect other half in the kitchen making you breakfast.
You sit down and eat with them.
It's exactly what you would want for your breakfast.
You feel good about the food that you're putting in your body.
You feel healthy and strong.
You have the perfect breakfast with your partner and you leave for work.
Maybe you walk to work or maybe you drive the most amazing car,
The car that you've always wanted,
The car that you know you should be driving.
You get in it and you start to drive.
When you arrive at work,
It's your ideal job.
You love it.
It brings you joy.
You're passionate about it.
It makes you happy.
It fills all of the parts of you that need and want and desire.
It gives you a purpose.
This is your perfect job.
Don't play,
Don't run,
Don't give yourself excuses from it.
Allow yourself to be doing your perfect job right now.
See yourself,
Feel yourself,
Do the job.
And you're good at it and you make money and you're happy and it's everything that you've ever wanted.
And you're doing it easily,
Effortlessly.
Everything that you've just seen could be your reality.
By you seeing it and feeling it and thinking it,
Desiring it,
You've actually started to manifest it.
You're magically manifesting your reality.
Right now,
In this moment,
You've actually started starting over.
