You're being still and quiet and peaceful.
Today we return to Arran Heart Forest,
Deep in the middle of a sacred land.
There in the forest,
Rocky and lunar,
The two wolves are changed.
The two wolves succumb to maturity and grew.
They grew to the point where Rocky was now the leader of the pack.
And Luna was a wise healer and teacher.
They both had their own special qualities.
Rocky was the leader.
He was both friendly and vicious if he needed to be.
He was strong and powerful and he ruled with a very smart brain.
He loved his pack.
He loved the land.
And just like the wolves,
The many many wolves that came before him,
He was strongly connected to the moon.
Luna was the moon.
Luna breathed with the moon.
When she howled at the moon,
The moon spoke back to her.
It communicated.
It downloaded consciousness.
A consciousness that came before her and many many generations of other wolves.
Luna was a teacher.
She was a healer,
A guide and a goddess wolf to all of the wolves in the pack.
Because she was connected to the moon,
She was the pathfinder.
She could guide the wolves into different areas of the forest so that they could find food and protection.
And then Rocky would make sure that they could hunt and be safe and fed.
They were a good team.
One day,
A grandfather and his grandson were walking through Arranhaugh forest.
The pack of wolves become aware of this a long time before the grandfather spotted a wolf off in the distance.
The wolf he spotted was Rocky.
The grandfather knelt down with his grandson,
Told him to be quiet and just watch.
Watch the wolf,
Son,
Watch.
I have a very sacred,
Special story to tell you about the wolves,
Said the grandfather.
What is it,
Said the boy.
The grandfather said,
It is known that through time,
All men,
All women that walk the earth have two wolves inside of their hearts.
Two wolves that fight.
One of the wolves is evil,
Snarling,
Raging.
He's angry.
He carries envy and sorrow and regret.
He's greedy and arrogant and full of self-pity.
He holds resentment.
He feels inferior and he lies.
And he thinks he's superior to all other beings.
The boy said,
That doesn't sound like a very nice wolf.
No,
Said the grandfather.
What's the other wolf,
Said the boy.
The other wolf,
Said the grandfather,
He's good.
The other wolf is howling in harmony with the moon and all living things.
The other wolf hurts no thing on the earth.
He's in joy,
Peace,
Love.
He has hope and he's filled with serenity.
He loves humanity and is kind and empathetic to all beings.
Very generous,
Truthful and filled with compassion and faith.
The little boy said,
They sound like two very different wolves,
Grandfather.
One is evil and one is good and they both live in our hearts.
Why is that?
Which one of the wolves wins,
Grandfather?
If all of us have two wolves in our hearts,
Which one of the wolves wins?
Which one,
Which one do I have?
Which one is the loudest,
Grandfather?
I don't think I want a bad wolf in my heart.
I only want a good wolf in my heart.
How does the story end,
Grandfather,
Said the boy.
The grandfather said,
The answer is simple.
The wolf that wins is the wolf that you feed.
The little boy sat quietly,
Watched the wolves off in the distance and said,
I don't quite understand.
What does that mean,
Grandfather?
How can I feed wolves in my heart?
The grandfather said,
The wolf that you pay the most attention to,
The wolf that you give the most energy to,
The wolf that you feed,
My grandson,
Is the one that wins.
So if you want to be filled with joy and peace and love,
If you want to be kind to all of humanity,
Then you would feed the good wolf.
You would put your energy into the good wolf,
Wouldn't you?
I understand.
Now I understand,
Said the boy.
The boy and his grandfather watched Luna and Rocky,
The black wolf and the white wolf,
Off in the distance.
For a very long time,
They were so gracious and powerful and beautiful,
And they sat there long enough to hear them howling at the moon.
Ooh.
Ooh.
All they heard were many,
Many wolves howling,
Singing with the moon,
And the boy actually felt as if he could see thoughts of energy coming out of Mother Moon,
Down into the wolves and feeding them,
Downloading them with all the sacred consciousness of the Earth,
Mama Earth telling them where to go,
Telling them where to be safe,
Where to feed,
Where to live in harmony with the land.
Now,
How cool is that?

Let's go on a journey with Rocky and Luna and howl at the moon.

Let your body relax.
Imagine you're laying on the forest floor as earth and trees and ground underneath your body when you're connecting to Mama Earth.
You can feel the roots of the trees.
The soil is damp and it smells sweet and fresh.
You can see the moon,
The big full moon shining through the trees,
Shining brightly on your body,
Filling you with energy,
Downloading you full of wisdom,
Lunar wisdom,
Making you sacred,
Making you connected,
Just like all of the elders and the generations that walked through Aaron Heart Forest before you.
Lay down and be connected to this sacred land and breathe.
Take a nice deep breath.
Breathing deep into your belly.
Staring at the moon.
Connecting just like Luna and Rocky.
Imagine you get up and you have four paws.
You're a wolf.
You feel solid and strong and connected to the earth.
You sniff with your nose and read everything that's happening in the forest.
Your pack is with you.
Your cubs are with you.
You're moving through the forest,
Searching for a new space to settle.
You feel the forest underneath your paws,
The crunch of the leaves.
Feels good to be a wolf.
You feel alive.
You can feel your wolf heart beating in your chest.
The moon shines down brightly on your fur,
On your coat.
And you can feel the energy and the cosmic information being transferred into your cells.
You are a wolf.
A wolf.
On the hunt.
Prowling your way through our hot forest.
You have the wisdom to know the plants that are sacred and the plants that are poisonous.
You instinctively know where to go for food.
Completely connected to Mama Earth.
Breathe.
And slide and glide your way through the forest.
Feel the energy of your wolf power running through your veins,
Your blood,
Your muscles.
Be the wolf.
Choose in your mind to be the good wolf.
The wolf full of love and compassion.
The healing wolf.
Awaken the teacher within you.
So that you can share your love and your compassion for all of humanity with the rest of the world.
Be the wolf.
Howl at the moon.
Beautiful moon.
Luna.
And her sacred energy.
