For this morning reflection you could be walking or you could just decide to take a comfortable seat.
Make sure that you straighten your spine.
If you're walking obviously keep your eyes open.
Enjoy your day and your surroundings.
If you're seated please close your eyes.
Start to think about what you would like to accomplish today.
Think about the different areas of your life.
Starting maybe with your body.
How you want to move your body today.
What would you like to do to move your body that feels good for you,
That makes you happy?
Something that you actually enjoy.
Why force yourself to do something that doesn't feel good?
So what could you do today that gets you in a place where you're enjoying moving your body?
That doesn't necessarily feel like exercise.
Maybe today is the day that you're going to do that for yourself.
What should I feed my body?
By now I've probably figured out which foods don't make me feel so great.
I'm going to stay away from those foods today.
I'm going to eat the foods that always make me feel energized and fresh and clean and vibrant.
Foods that don't weigh me down,
That don't make me feel sluggish,
That don't over a long period of time hurt my body.
So today is going to be one of those days where I take care of my body and I feed it nutrient dense,
Happy,
Healthy foods.
And I'm going to feel really proud of myself for doing so.
Because I love my body.
I would like this body to stay around for as long as it possibly can.
To feel as much pleasure and experience as much things as possible while I'm here.
So that's my incentive to take care of my wonderful body today.
Then there's my work.
Today I will make a list of all the things I need to accomplish connected to my work.
I'm going to make the list doable rather than ridiculously crazy like sometimes.
My doable list will have itemized things on it,
Accomplishable things.
And each time I finish one I'm going to tick it off and feel proud of myself.
I'm not going to allow work to overwhelm me today.
Baby steps.
And if things aren't going so great with everyone else's day,
I'm going to have this happy shield around me.
So that none of the toxic energy can penetrate into my wonderful day.
I'll just be able to filter out the noise.
No distractions.
My relationships with the closer people in my life are going to go perfectly well.
All is good.
Communication will be clear and authentic.
I will be able to express myself all day long in a way that's clear,
Concise,
And very loving and kind.
The chores I need to do around the house or out of the home are all written down on a list.
I've designated myself a certain amount of time so that I don't feel overwhelmed trying to do everything all at once.
Baby steps once again.
I'll go through my day today feeling light and happy.
It's going to be a good day.
Now I'm going to go out,
Shine my light bright,
Be nice to the people in my world,
And conquer everything I need to achieve.
And so it is.
