Let's meditate together.

If you haven't done so already,

Make sure that you're sat in a comfortable seated position with your spine nice and straight.

Close down your eyes and start to slow down your breathing.

If you're out and about while we're doing this meditation,

Maybe your morning walk or just doing other things as you listen.

Obviously don't close down your eyes,

But definitely slow down your breathing.

And if it's safe for you,

Soften your gaze.

Check in with where you're at in your physical body.

What does it feel like?

Maybe start down at your feet and just do a general scan,

A sensation scan through your body.

What do your feet feel like?

What do your legs feel like?

Your hands,

Your arms.

Just run through quite quickly.

Just reading into what your body feels like.

And then using your imagination,

Let's imagine that we're standing outside and we're standing on the grass.

The grass is kind of spiky,

A little bit soft and spongy.

Feels a bit like a thick carpet,

But at the same time,

It's definitely that sensation of grass,

That little bit of spikiness to it.

The grass feels slightly damp,

Like it has morning dew still on the grass.

And that gives it a sense of coolness,

Refreshing coolness underneath your feet.

Imagine in your mind that you're standing hip distance apart,

So your feet are slightly apart.

Your body is standing nice and straight,

Arms down by your sides,

Palms facing forward,

Fingers open.

Your body and your hips,

Your back,

Your shoulders and your head are all aligned.

It feels like you're standing straight and tall,

Like a mountain.

This is where we start to play,

Using your inner sight,

Using your imagination,

Your creativity,

The right side of your brain.

Keep that breath nice and slow and relaxed.

Using your inner sight,

Tapping into that inner seeing and knowing,

Feeling,

Tasting,

Touching that you have available to you.

As if we're going into another world.

Start to feel as if the ground beneath you is softening,

So that your feet can start to go through the grass.

And through your feet and your ankles,

You can feel different sensations.

You can feel dirt in your toes,

Cool and thick.

It feels pliable around your body,

But also you can feel it clinging to your skin,

Like a mud bath.

And this sensation feels good.

Know that this whole journey is in an alternate reality and you can breathe and you're safe and all is well.

You're using your energy body to explore.

Let your body sink heavier,

Go deeper and feel as if you're going through a sandy kind of texture,

Much coarser and rougher.

And by now you're up to your hips and you can feel the different layers on your body.

You can feel the sand and the grit around your feet and your toes,

The cool,

Thick,

Gluggy mud on your legs and the grass is tickling your tummy.

As if welcoming,

Falling into another world,

You lift your arms up above your head and join your hands in prayer and let your body sink even deeper,

Going deeper and deeper.

You can see in this space there's a darkness all around you but it doesn't feel like you're enclosed.

It feels like you're allowing your body to go through the different layers and sensations but you still are separate from it,

If that makes sense.

You have a separateness and you also have an experiencing part of you.

The separate part of you is your physical body sat in your comfortable meditation seat,

Breathing.

It has space around it.

It's exactly where you left it.

Your energy body on the other hand is having a whale of a time feeling and smelling and touching all of the layers that it's traveling through.

There's a strong,

Strong,

Earthy,

Rich smell like when it rains on warm ground.

The soil,

The sand,

Now you're traveling through gravel,

Bigger rocks.

You start to travel through rocks that big that it would not be possible normally to travel through them.

Your energy body can shapeshift and just move through the rock and your whole body gets a completely different sensation.

As if you're the rock for a moment,

Solid,

Absolutely no movement.

Except if you paused here and went really,

Really still you would hear a pulse.

A very soft,

Gentle pulse.

Starting to hear the heartbeat of Pachamama,

Of Mama Earth.

Moving down even more,

Going deeper and deeper,

Knowing that you're traveling to the center of the earth.

There's a warmth all around you.

The warmth becomes a fiery heat but you're in your energy body and you shapeshift and become the warmth itself.

The warmth feels like your entire body is buzzing and now the pulse is so much stronger.

Holding your breath,

Allowing the stillness to let you feel your own physical heartbeat in your body.

Hold your breath and listen,

Feel it.

Let your physical body go once again and recognize that the pulse,

The heat,

The vibration that you can feel bubbling inside of your body,

That life force,

It's exactly the same pulse as earth.

And you're in the center and it's blindingly bright and then the brightness becomes more doable to your eyes and as you look around you see giant structures.

Very strange,

Unique structures.

Some of them you recognize as we have them on earth.

Big,

Vast pyramids.

But some of the structures are very new to you.

Buildings that look very different.

Everything is glazed in this bright white light so it's difficult to get details.

But it looks like there's another world inside of the center of our world.

The intensity of the energy and the warmth and the vibration makes you want to take deeper breaths.

Take longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths and allow your energy body to align with the frequency of the space that you've entered down here.

It's very,

Very high.

The beat of your heart is slowing down.

Becoming softer,

More relaxed.

So there's a contrast of this high vibration,

This heat,

This buzzing that you can feel throughout your body,

Especially in your fingers and your toes.

As if you're able to tap into some kind of static electricity,

Something that you can feel,

Yet your heartbeat is slower,

More relaxed.

The air that you breathe down here feels different.

It's like you could breathe in all the nutrients that you would get from fruits and vegetables and everything that's good for you on the surface of the earth.

Just a breath down here feeds you all the nutrients,

The minerals.

Your body feels very healthy and vibrant.

Feeling really,

Really good,

Really alive.

And very calm and relaxed.

What would you do in this other world?

What are the beings like here,

I wonder?

You feel very,

Very grounded,

Steady,

Alive,

Plugged in,

Tuned in,

Vibrant.

All the things that you would feel if you were really,

Really,

Completely grounded.

Maybe you could come back and explore some other time.

Right now,

You stand with your feet hips distance apart.

You raise your hands up over your head,

Stretch out your fingers in that mountain pose once again.

And start to come back up.

Just as easily as your energy body came down,

Your energy body starts to rise up through the layers.

Back into the darkness.

The heat fades and the coolness surrounds your body once again.

The strong,

Intense vibrations get softer and softer the further you move away from the world,

In the middle of the world.

Moving up through a thick,

Dense rock.

Shifting through the gravel,

The stones.

Noticing that strong smell of earth once again.

Swimming up through the sand.

Feeling the crusty feeling that you feel when you move in sand.

All over your body.

Moving higher through the sloppy,

Cool,

Refreshing mud bath.

Up through the loose,

Dark,

Rich soil.

Up through the grass.

Until you feel the sensation of grass underneath your feet.

Cool,

Damp,

Prickly,

Spongy grass.

You take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath.

And open your eyes and come back into your world,

Your space.

Feeling your physical body that you're sat in.

Whittling your toes,

Maybe moving your hands just a little bit.

A nice stretch to the left with your neck.

Stretch to the right with your neck.

Coming fully back into your physical body.

Feeling grounded and ready for your day.

Namaste,

My friends.
