Are you ready for some me time?

Okay.

First of all,

Make sure that you're laying in a comfortable position.

Move your arms away from your body and allow your legs to be slightly apart.

Check your shoulders and relax your shoulders down away from your neck.

Adjust your body until it's completely comfortable.

And close your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Start by becoming aware of your breath.

You've let go of the outside world around you when you closed your eyes.

You've let go of one of your senses.

This allows you to become more acute and more aware of what's going on inside of your body and your mind.

Use your breath to just allow yourself to start to relax.

Everything else in your day can wait.

This is your time,

Your me time.

Follow your breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Start to take longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose or your mouth.

You can even make a gentle sigh if you need to.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Start to allow your body to be controlled by your breath.

Relax your body.

Relax your emotions,

Your nerves,

Your mind.

Let everything start to slow down and become more peaceful and quiet.

Breathe all the way down to your abdomen.

Nice,

Long,

Slow breaths.

You're changing your energy with every breath.

You're becoming calmer,

More peaceful.

Every breath brings a sense of balance.

Just breathe and relax.

Breathe down into your hips and the base of your spine,

Even deeper than before.

Take your breath all the way down your legs,

All the way to the tips of your toes.

Breathe and release any tension.

Start to let go of it with every breath.

Let go of the buildup of angst.

Let go of any anxiety.

Let go of any tension and stress in your body.

Breathe deep and long and release it.

Patience.

The universe give me patience.

My higher self,

My guides,

My angels,

Send me patience.

Patience to stay calm.

Patience with my child or my children,

My partner.

Patience with myself most of all.

Take a nice deep breath.

Universe,

Send me more patience.

Send me the support I need in the middle of the day when things are crazy.

Send me more patience in the middle of the night when I'm tired and need to sleep.

Fill me with love and patience.

Focus on your feet and allow your feet to get heavy and relax.

Be kind to your body and just let yourself relax.

Relax your legs,

Your knees,

Your thighs.

Breathe into your hips and allow your hips to just open and release.

Let go of any tension you're holding right there in your body.

Breathe it out.

Allow yourself to just enjoy this peace and this space.

Your time.

This is your all me time.

Let yourself heal and rejuvenate and fill with these good,

Loving energy and vibes.

Let your whole body just be peace.

Every cell of you is peaceful and patient.

Your abdomen relaxes.

All of your organs,

Your intestines,

Your lungs,

Everything is healthy and happy and relaxed.

Your chest is relaxed.

Your shoulders are soft and relaxed.

Allow the relaxation to roll gently down your arms,

Down to your elbows,

Your wrists,

Until it feels as if it's literally dripping off the end of your fingertips.

You're in that sweet place of floating,

Peaceful relaxation.

Enjoy it there.

Just let go.

Let your entire body go.

Let your inner rest give me patience.

Give me patience at all different times of the day when I need it.

Give me patience when I get frustrated or angry or upset.

Allow me to come back to myself quickly.

Fill me with peace and patience so I can be the best that I can be in all areas of my life.

Let the universe allow me to love all the aspects of me,

All of the aspects,

The good and maybe not so good.

Allow me,

Help me to love all of me so I can be patient with myself.

Relax the space across your neck.

See if you can breathe some warmth into that area and allow it to just soften and melt.

Your neck relaxes.

The back of your head gets heavy and relaxes.

Imagine that you're standing under a nice,

Warm shower.

And rather than it be water that's coming out of the shower,

It's like a nice,

Warm,

Slow,

Flowing golden light.

The golden light gently falls on the top of your head,

Just like honey,

Slowly rolling down over your scalp,

Relaxing,

Loving,

Healing every part of you it touches.

It runs down over your face,

Relaxes your eyes,

All of the muscles in your face soften and relax.

Your temples,

Your jaw,

Just let go.

Let the warm,

Golden light fill you with patience and love.

It rolls down your back very slowly,

Over your chest and your abdomen,

Down your shoulders and your arms,

Slowly moving down over your lower back,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

All the way down to the base of your feet.

So your entire body is glowing with this warm,

Loving light,

Vibrating with the energy of patience and peace,

Inner stillness and balance.

You're healing right now with every breath,

Accepting those energies into your upfield,

Into your aura and your physical body.

Breathe into it.

Open up and allow yourself to be filled with patience.

Breathe in.
