Are you ready to meditate with Kari?
Lay down and get all comfortable in your bed.
Make sure your light is just right.
Imagine you're feeling comfortable in your pajamas,
All snuggly and cuddly in bed.
Close your eyes if you haven't done so already so that you can start to let your body relax.
Play in your most favourite comfortable position and prepare yourself to go on an underwater journey,
Deep diving down to the depths of the bottom of the ocean.
Use your imagination and imagine you're standing on the side of a pool.
You're at the edge of the diving board.
You're being brave.
You're going to dive in.
There's no one else in the pool,
Just you.
Prepare yourself by taking a big deep breath,
Closing your mouth,
Closing your eyes and diving up high and then deep down into the pool.
You open your eyes underwater to take a look.
Imagine that you're not in the pool.
Imagine that you're actually swimming down deep at the bottom of the ocean.
You have super amazing big strong lungs,
Like a whale and you don't have to take a breath in for the longest time.
So all that you get to do down there is just enjoy all the different scenery.
Everywhere you look,
There's fish.
They're all different shapes and sizes and colors,
Like rainbows,
Every color that you can think of.
Down there swimming with you at the bottom of the ocean.
There's big,
Big,
Big fish,
But you're like one of the biggest fishers in the sea.
Imagine that you're like a killer whale or something.
So you're not scared of anything down there.
You're super calm and chilled.
This is your place,
Like your playground.
This is the best place to be in the world.
It's peaceful.
You can't hear the traffic.
There's no banging or screaming or noises from the real world.
Down here you just hear different noises off in the distance,
Like dolphins or whales talking to each other.
You can hear and feel the motion of the water.
There's a current to it that gently rocks you and caresses and holds you safe.
You feel weightless.
Just gliding through the water.
There's so many different corals.
If you look at the corals,
You can see tiny little seahorses.
There's baby little fish.
Tiny little turtles.
And then there's big giant turtles swimming around just minding their own business.
Probably been swimming around in this ocean for over a hundred years,
Some of them.
The water feels cooler down at the bottom of the ocean.
The sun in the sky is so far away from where you are.
But if you want to warm up,
You can just start to swim closer to the surface.
The closer you get to the surface,
The more you can see the daylight shining and glistening through the water.
Right now it feels like you're ready to take a breath.
So imagine you're swimming up and out of the ocean,
Taking a big gulp of air,
Filling your lungs and then diving back down into the depths of the water.
It's like a whole other world,
A world that not many people get to see.
And yet you're here,
This ginormous whale slowly gliding through the ocean,
Just relaxed and chilled.
Taking your time to just observe all that you can see.
At one point,
Another whale about the same size as you glides up by the side of you.
You look over at the whale and smile.
And the other whale just smiles back,
Doesn't say anything.
And you're swimming together,
Friends,
Down there at the bottom of the ocean.
Feels like you've been there for quite some time before.
Another whale joins you on the opposite side.
This whale looks even bigger than you.
You glance over and smile,
A big smile at the whale and the big whale smiles back,
Never says a word.
And just slowly swims next to you and your friend.
Sometimes you just instinctively play tag with your two new whale friends.
One of you bumps into the other and then the other two speed up and swim away.
The other one has to catch you.
Because you're so big and so strong,
You glide with no effort fast through the dark,
Deep water.
There's lots of places to hide because it's dark down there.
There's shipwrecks and rocks.
There's even things you would never,
Ever imagine.
Some people believe there's giant pyramids down there under the ocean.
Things left over from Atlantis.
I wonder if you'll see one of those.
All of this swimming is making you so tired.
You rest your eyes and just close them for a minute.
Still swimming.
Calmly.
With no effort.
Through the ocean.
Your breathing starts to slow down.
Your muscles get heavier and heavier.
Seems to get quieter.
So,
So quiet.
Then you decide to just be still.
Your other two friends have swam away.
It's time for a rest.
A bottom of the ocean nap.
Your tail stops moving.
You sigh and let go of any final efforts to swim.
So comfortable.
So peaceful.
Sleep far away from the rest of the world.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps at her best.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
Down at the bottom of the ocean.
Whale sleeps.
