Welcome to Day 1 of the Energy Shifting Series. Today you are going to experience the life force energy that is running through your body every day even without your awareness. Where it becomes fun is when you become aware of what type of energy is running through you and learning simple practices to shift the energy, expand it and allow all energetic history to disappear with it as well if you would like.

Welcome to day one of shifting your energy.

Today I call this tuning in and tuning up.

Today you will need a quiet space where you will not be interrupted for at least 30 minutes so that this work can integrate after and giving yourself time to move in between energy and your day-to-day stuff.

You'll need your hands and your breath as I guide you to become familiar with your own energy.

Okay so lay down,

Close your eyes and let's start to relax the body and we'll do this by taking a deep inhale through the nose and a deep exhale out the mouth.

Bring your hands to your belly area,

Touch your belly,

Just feel the breath as you inhale through the nose as the belly expands and as you exhale through the mouth as the belly moves towards the spine.

No exaggeration here,

Just a normal breath a little deeper than usual.

Allow your shoulders to slowly sink into the ground and your face to soften.

As we are not doing anything or trying to achieve anything,

What we're trying to do is not do is just actually be in this time and this space with your own body.

I would like for you to continue the breath of breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth as we work with our own fields and become completely aware of what's going on inside of us.

Okay as you continue with that breath I'd like you to take your hands off your belly and just start to scan from the pelvic area,

Go slow,

All the way up the body and the palms are really what pick up what picks up the energy.

And you're scanning just to become aware right now,

Just tuning in.

Like I said use your senses whether you can visualize,

Feel or just know.

And what we're doing is we're scanning the body slowly with the hands about one inch away from the body and we're just feeling for heat,

For lightness as if our hand was being blown off,

For somewhere that maybe feels a little tight and we're just scanning just to get a sense of what is going on in this body.

What energy,

Type and texture of energy am I holding on to just one inch above my body?

Maybe you find a tight spot or something that feels a little sensitive to you in the middle of your stomach.

A lot of us hold emotions and kind of the solar plex area and our will and our power and typically this area is where we may have somehow went down the wrong road and had to become something else to please somebody or had to take on a new facade of who we were.

And so this area seems to be tender for a lot of people and if not you that's okay too.

So continue the breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and just find a space that feels tight or sensitive or just different and allow your hands now just touch the body softly wherever that space is.

What is it in this space that is needed here?

Expansion of energy,

Nurturing energy,

Loving energy.

What does it need to move?

What does it need?

You'll know intuitively it'll come up right away so don't doubt it.

If I hold my hand over my solar plexus it's a little bit vibrating right now so it needs lots of grounding.

It needs lots of just sitting and being today which is why I'm glad I'm doing this with you today.

So just tune into that space just so we can hone in on one area.

What does it need?

Again we're not thinking about this it should intuitively just come to you and if you're not sure what it needs don't worry.

Again we're just tuning in.

I want you to have an awareness.

Now take your hands and continue to move and find a space on your body could even be the back of your neck,

Shoulders,

Your hands,

Your big toe.

A space that feels amazing like feels so peaceful here,

Feels so wonderful here.

So go ahead do the scan you're doing a body scan.

Where does it feel good?

And just stay there.

How does that energy feel for you?

Is it light?

Is it spacious?

Does it make you smile?

Does it feel deep?

Does it feel hollow?

Tune in.

This is your energy body and if this space feels good for you let's go back now to the space that was tight.

Put your hands there and bring this type of energy to the space that may feel tight or uncomfortable.

The same energy that felt amazing for you.

What was the texture?

Was it spacious?

Was it soft?

Was the energy peaceful?

Use your hands and give the commands.

All you have to do is say shift this energy to peace and focus in on that particular spot and say release.

Be at peace.

Be happy.

Be joyful.

And as you do that the cells and the energy around the cells start to hear your program and start to reprogram this area.

You don't have to go into the story.

You don't have to go into the thoughts.

It will just automatically start reprogramming.

Obviously the longer you stay here the better but energy works right away.

So in this spot where it feels heavy or sensitive or not the greatest I'm bringing the energy of the place that felt wonderful.

I'm just holding my hand there.

I give the program and the command peace,

Abundance,

Love.

And continue breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth and take your time here.

Okay you can continue this after if you want to.

This is just a mini sample of some of the stuff that you can do for yourself and practically if there's a spot in your body that doesn't feel good whether it's physical or you're having some emotional distress you go to that spot and reprogram it with your words and know that it's being done because it is.

The cells are intelligent.

The body's intelligent.

The commands are like a magnet and when you get laser focused on that one spot the energy starts to shift to form that vibration because energy is waves and particles and electro electric it's electric it's magnetic and it just shifts.

I'd like for you to if you want to to continue to exploring your body maybe go to a place on your body where you have a physical pain or lower back or even you know internal like maybe stomach issues or maybe something going on and I just want you to you know continue to put your hands there and feed what your desire is.

Don't focus on what is not working and don't set an intention as a wish just set an intention with confidence and confirmation upgrade.

Allow my stomach to start using its own intelligence and to heal at the deepest level and stay there until you feel a shift.

When you get the hang of this you are going to feel a shift and you will not believe it.

It takes time especially if you're new to energy but once you get the hang of it you'll see that you can start to shift some energy within your body you can start to shift thoughts and emotions.

Energy is like a vortex right attached to it could be stories could be thoughts that's why we work with the energy so we don't have to go work with the thoughts or the emotions because once we shift the energy everything else shifts with it as well.
