Inner Duality As Medicine

Discussing how the inner duality of conflict Spirit Self, and Acquired Self can struggle for Inner Space. The courage and strength it takes to overcome the Acquired Self especially when coming from a wounded place. My spirit has guided me to share this message at this time with a little mediation practice to invite yourself to come to peace with inner duality.

Wow, I recieved this so deeply today. It’s exactly what I needed to hear. Duality pulls me to judgment, it’s my bandaid.... my armor. Thank you so much for this offering. It does cut off a bit abruptly at the end.... it left me wanting more!!
